This natural sparkling wine is many things at once: light cherry color with a slight brick color, 100% Bobal grape variety, fresh and tangy, perfect for aperitifs and meals. This lovely bouquet of red fruits with a touch of citrus peel and a creamy mouthfeel is in harmony with oily fish: sardines, mackerel, tuna or anchovies. Try it with mackerel sashimi or marinated sardines. These pairings are only indicative: it is perfect with many dishes.
