Awen Nature is certainly not unknown to you, as it is part of the Culinaries catalog: under this brand, Julien Fanny produces liqueurs, Celtic beverages and magic potions in Brittany, including absinthe and gin. In 2018, he teamed up with the Gimet distillery to create an organic gin, Blurry Moon.
 
The approach consists of starting from the classic base of aLondon dry (maceration then distillation of the plants) to obtain a truly original formula, a powerful and mysterious bouquet, from a wheat distillate in which five aromatic and medicinal plants have been macerated. This gin is characterized by a slightly cloudy whiteness, a lunar and cloudy appearance due to a lack of filtration. The bottle itself, with its beautiful, refined roundness, alludes to the night star.
