Rosso de Tavola Red 2017, Collecapreta
This deep-colored Umbrian red is a blend of 90% Sangiovese and 10% Ciliegiolo. The harvest is destemmed and then macerated for six days. It is aged for a long time in fiberglass tanks. Rustic, joyful, and deep, it offers notes of tobacco, fresh pomegranate, and blueberry, with a smoky finish. A perfect table wine.
Natural wine with no added sulfites.
