She loves Red 2018, Domaine de l'Octavin
75% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay, the union of opposites. She loves results from two months of whole-bunch maceration and surprises on the palate with its notes that are both fruity (cherry, strawberry) and autumnal. A little balsamic vinegar and floral touches in the aroma. This light and fragrant gurgle has a beautiful acidic and tannic structure, and will not leave you indifferent.
