Frédéric Cossard

Frédéric Cossard is the natural wine version of Burgundy, which is not all that common. He also has two entities: the Domaine de Chassorney, which he cultivates, and SARL Frédéric Cossard, where he vinifies grapes from the most prestigious vineyards in Burgundy.

In this renowned climate, Frédéric Cossard continues his meticulous work in natural viticulture, without chemical inputs, and with minimal intervention during winemaking. The Pinot Noir expresses itself here with sincerity, supported by indigenous yeast fermentations.

The color is a deep, brilliant ruby. The nose reveals aromas of ripe red fruits, cherry, and raspberry, accompanied by spicy and slightly woody notes. A mineral touch adds complexity and depth.

On the palate, the wine is structured, with fine and elegant tannins. The texture is ample, balanced by a beautiful freshness. The finish is long, precise, and harmonious.

A gastronomic wine, ideal with roasted meats or sauced dishes. A cuvée that is both powerful and refined.
