Hautes Cotes de Beaune Puits de Chaux Rouge 2017, Domaine de Chassorney
This Pinot Noir in AOC Hautes-Côtes-de-Beaune comes from the plot that gave its name to the cuvée, located between 280 and 450 meters above sea level. The terroir, facing west, rests on soils made up of marl and limestone scree. The grapes macerate in whole bunches. Aging is approximately one year in barrels. Fruity, fresh, elegant and dense.
Natural wine with no added sulfites.
