CX Ancestral Sparkling White 2018, Partida Creus

Ancestral-style sparkling winemaking is successful for the Catalan Cartoixa Vermell grape variety, as demonstrated by this magnificent natural sparkling wine with a lovely light salmon color. Fermentation in the bottle lasts ten months on fine lees. The nose reveals aromas of strawberry, raspberry, and white peach. The palate is full of pleasure, lively, deliciously fresh, and we find peach (white and yellow) as well as ripe strawberry. Tender but not excessively sweet. Drink very chilled.

Natural wine with no added sulfites.
