L'Abboccatello Blanc 2012, Le Coste
The Abboccatello cuvée is made from a blend of white table grapes picked directly from the vines of the Le Coste estate, a vineyard with volcanic soils located on the borders of Tuscany and Umbria. Here, fermentation has been interrupted, which gives the wine a certain sweetness on the nose and palate, with floral, slightly honeyed notes. To be enjoyed in the charming company of seafood dishes.
Natural wine with no added sulfites.
