L'Enchanteresse Rouge 2010, La Grapperie
A 100% Pineau d'Aunis that has seen more. L'Enchanteresse is a cuvée from old vines planted in the Coteaux du Loir appellation, on soils dominated by clay and flint. Partially destemmed, the grapes macerate for three to four weeks, which gives them excellent aging potential. Bottling takes place after thirty months of aging. A very intense nose of black fruits that continues with a beautiful volume on the palate, and a length that leaves you thinking.
Natural wine with no added sulfites.
