This beautiful Mercurey is Frédéric Cossard's first vintage from this climate. Challenge met: Morello cherries, black fruits, and beautiful roasted notes on the nose; on the palate, plenty of sap, fullness, and density, with very fine tannins. For rib-eye steak, beef fillet en croute, roast duck.
