Magnum Beaune Blanc 2017, Frederic Cossard
This AOC Beaune Chardonnay comes from the plot that gave its name to the cuvée, located between 220 and 300 meters above sea level. The terroir, exposed from east to south, rests on soils dominated by limestone formations at the top, marl in the center and clay at the foot of the hill. The grapes macerate in whole bunches. The wine is aged for about a year in barrels. Deep and mineral, this wine will be ideal for romantic events, fish and seafood.
Natural wine with no added sulfites.
