Jean-Yves Péron's "I Vicini" series is made from organic grapes harvested in Piedmont. Here, the grape variety is Dolcetto Nero, from which wines are generally colorful, fruity, and silky, with notes of dried fruit (almonds, walnuts). Here, in a Savoyard context, the sometimes assertive tannins of Dolcetto give way to a very tasty fruity character. An elegant, complex, full-bodied wine, and a beautiful exercise in style with the grape variety.
Natural wine with no added sulfites.
