Roussanne, Grenache Blanc and Viognier grown on the same plot and harvested together at different ripenesses: a southern blend that produces a truly southern white, balanced, fresh, structured by a light maceration, fermented and aged in barrels. A beautiful texture, notes of citrus and exotic fruits. It can be kept for around ten years, if given time: fish, shellfish, white meats, cheeses, everything suits it.
