This violet has so much charm, seduction, and sweetness! Everyone wants it. 100% old Gamay vines from Auvergne on clay-basalt soil. Carbonic maceration, barrel aging: extraordinary freshness, delicacy, delicious and juicy fruit, floral notes: a chiseled and satiny wine. A real favorite, to consume now or to keep. This vintage is limited to one bottle per person and subject to the purchase of at least three bottles from another winemaker.
Natural wine with no added sulfites.
