Viognier Chasselas Blanc 2018, Domaine des Miquettes
An intriguing blend of Viognier and Chasselas, deliberately treated differently, for a disarmingly beautiful result. Carbonic maceration for the former, in amphora and whole bunches for the latter. A delicate orange color and a nose of bergamot. On the palate, a beautiful acidity, counterbalanced by aromas of absinthe and a wonderfully saline finish.
Natural wine with no added sulfites.
