This Mondeuse red vinified by carbonic maceration results from the blending of two plots. However, in certain vintages, it receives a little Gamay if the harvest is too acidic or not very ripe. It is aged for one year in barrels. It is a beautiful thirst-quenching red with great minerality. Notes of redcurrant and small red fruits.
Natural wine without added sulfites.
