100% Cinsault, grown on schist soils in Cabrerolles, this AOC Faugères red wine is macerated in whole bunches for ten months in a quasi-infusion, then aged for eight months in vats and one year in the bottle. Its notes of black fruits make it very compatible with red meats or grilled offal. Its aging potential is ten years.
