A splendid 100% Jacquère from the limestone scree terroir of Chignin, a soil for white wines. The Jacquère, with very small yields, finds an aromatic finesse there, reinforced by the two-month maceration in whole bunches: the wine is full-bodied and overflowing with expressive power. A marvel of fruit, florality and minerality in complete harmony: winter apple and Meyer lemon for the fruit, and for the minerality it is the apotheosis: flint, smoky notes, flint, limestone clarity. A polyphonic wine.
Natural wine with no added sulfites.
