A nod to Stanley Kubrick, this pure Mauzac de Négociant comes from the Limoux region. After a sixty-day maceration in whole bunches with punching down, the aging is done on lees, in 400-liter acacia and oak barrels. The result is a beautiful orange wine, balanced, long and complex. A gastronomic vintage that will pair with just about anything.
