Brutal Rouge 2013, Domaine La Sorga
This Brutal cuvée is a Carignan from the Faugères appellation area, on schist. The grapes macerate in whole bunches for nine months. Light, floral and digestible, with a nice acidity, it will accompany grilled meats and charcuterie. Aging potential: ten years.
Natural wine without added sulfites.
