Absinthe Finn Blanche 60°
This pretty, round, high-necked bottle appears to contain an ancient potion. It's almost true... Created and distilled exactly according to the method used for absinthes before the 1915 ban, this absinthe gets its taste from a blend of seven distilled plants. Very refreshing, it retains a dominant note of anise and reveals, during tasting, wormwood, coriander, hyssop, lemongrass... To taste it, do as our great-grandparents did: on the rim of a glass containing a dose of absinthe, place an absinthe spoon and a sugar cube on it. Pour fresh water drop by drop over the sugar. The absinthe becomes cloudy and takes on an opaque cream color.
