Sans Pression 2025 is a sparkling natural wine from Gaillac by Domaine Bois Moisset, made using the ancestral method from organically grown grapes on clay-limestone soils. With only 10.1% alcohol, it's a light, fresh, and delightful sparkling wine, intended to be enjoyed young.

Highly aromatic, the wine reveals notes of white flowers, pear, and exotic fruits. The palate is lively and fruity, with a refreshing effervescence and a particularly digestible profile.
