Puligny Montrachet Voitte Blanc 2017, Frédéric Cossard
From the exceptional lands of Puligny-Montrachet, this white wine is made from Chardonnays over forty years old on clay-limestone soils. The harvest is pressed and then the must ferments for four months in vats with indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged for twelve months in old barrels, then four months in stainless steel vats. Gravity decanting before bottling. Superb aromas, white flowers, intensity, minerality, a sumptuous premier cru of great depth.
Natural wine with no added sulfites.
