An essential figure in natural wine in Burgundy, Frédéric Cossard works with a demanding and minimally interventionist approach. In the vineyard, priority is given to living organisms, without synthetic products. In the cellar, fermentations are carried out using indigenous yeasts, with very few inputs, to allow the grape and the terroir to speak with sincerity.

Bourgogne Bedeau 2024 is a charming red cuvée, made from Pinot Noir. It perfectly embodies Frédéric Cossard's style: accessible yet not simple wines, precise yet not rigid, always driven by a beautiful juicy sensation.

In the glass, the color reveals a clear and luminous red, with ruby reflections. The nose opens with fresh cherry, raspberry, redcurrant, and some delicate floral nuances. With aeration, a touch of sweet spices and fine earth adds more depth.

The palate is supple, fluid, and very digestible. The fruit dominates, clean and crisp, supported by a fresh framework and fine tannins. Nothing heavy, everything flows naturally. The lively and slightly spicy finish immediately makes you want to go back for more.

A pleasurable red, ideal to serve slightly chilled with roasted poultry, grilled vegetables, a nice platter of artisanal charcuterie, or a soft cheese. A lively, frank, and luminous Burgundy.
