Divin Poison White 2021
De Vini
Divin Poison is a dry, organic, biodynamic, and natural white wine made by Christophe Bosque of Domaine De Vini from Melon de Bourgogne grapes grown in the Nantes region. Classified as a Vin de France and harvested from gabbro soils characteristic of the area, it has all the qualities of a (very good) Muscadet, except for the appellation.
Himmel auf Erden Rosé 2018
An exceptional Austrian rosé
Forget everything you thought you knew about rosé. Himmel auf Erden 2018, a natural wine from Burgenland, challenges the rules with boldness and elegance. Made from Cabernet Franc, this Austrian rosé reveals a vibrant profile, far from the expected standards.
A unique and unadorned rosé
Made without filtration or added sulfur, this wine is the pure expression of the fruit and terroir. After careful destemming and crushing, it benefits from a year of aging in large barrels, giving it depth and complexity. The inspiration behind its name comes from a work by the iconoclastic artist Alfred Hrdlicka, adding an artistic dimension to this atypical cuvée.
An explosive nose, a palate full of life
Upon opening, Himmel auf Erden 2018 reveals an explosion of aromas: wild raspberry, wild berries, tomato leaf and a hint of aromatic herbs. On the palate, the energy is striking: a beautiful mineral tension, a light natural effervescence, and an irresistible sapidity that prolongs the pleasure.
Pairings and service
Ideal at 10-12°C, it will pair well with Mediterranean cuisine, plant-based dishes, and fine charcuterie. With no added sulfites, this rosé can be enjoyed in its purest form and promises a unique sensory experience.
With Himmel auf Erden 2018, rediscover rosé in a new light. A lively, bold wine.
UL Red 2019
Partida Creus is a winery located in Catalonia, founded by two Piedmontese natives from the Langhe (where wine is well-known), Antonella Gerosa and Massimo Marchiori. They initially pursued careers as architects in Barcelona, but the wine bug bit them, and they soon abandoned the big city and its sophistication for the vineyards of southern Catalonia, in Bonastre in Baix-Penedés. There, they found a wealth of abandoned vineyards planted with a dizzying diversity of traditional Catalan grape varieties, which they passionately revived to save these varieties—and their wines—from oblivion. For them, it's not just a matter of heritage rescue, no: it's a matter of taste and nature. Of natural wines, which they will continue to make from now on on these sandy, poor, clay-limestone or clay-gravel soils, poor and poorly irrigated, where the vines suffer to give their best juice. This is why their estate is as important from a winemaking perspective as it is from a historical perspective - we are talking here about the history of the vine in Catalonia.
Massimo and Antonella practice organic, biodynamic viticulture, entirely manual and natural in order to give new life to these wines. Vinyater, sumoll, garrut, monastrell, ull de perdiu, ull de llebre, sumoll, queixal de llop, cariñena, trepat, subirat parent, maccabeu, parellada, pansé, vinel.lo, bobal, cartoixà vermell or xarel.lo: Partida Creus is a veritable conservatory of native Catalan grape varieties. It also grows moscatel, grenache, merlot and cabernet (among others). Few wineries can boast growing so many different grape varieties. The wines reflect this diversity, with the winemakers striving to best convey the signature of the soil and the grape variety: single-variety wines are common among them, alongside extensive blends, all in the styles dear to Catalonia: still wine, "ancestral" sparkling wine, and even vermouth. The bottles themselves are works of art: bare glass, simply marked with two large stenciled initials that denote the vintage. The wines, fresh, vibrant, lush but always straightforward and impeccably juicy and fruity, breathe life. The arrival of a Partida Creus at the table always elicits exclamations of joy. This new red from Partida Creus is based on the ancient and indigenous grape variety called ull de llebre, which, you guessed it, means “hare’s eye.” What you might not guess is that this is the Catalan name for Tempranillo. It’s actually an old local version of this very Iberian grape, which Massimo and Antonella have nurtured in their own way. The wine is highly original: behind the minerality, the (black) fruit, the blueberry, and the freshness, we notice very fine tannins and aromatic herbs. A serious wine, a little grave, but did you know that serious wines make you joyful? Its length on the palate is astonishing. Decanting is highly recommended so that this wine can play its own unique music, down to the finest notes.
Auguste (exclusive vintage) Red 2023,
Sous le Végétal
With Auguste 2023, Sous le Végétal enhances the rare Avgoustatis grape variety, a native Greek grape with deep, spicy aromas. Thanks to a month of whole-bunch maceration, this red wine reveals beautiful complexity and a silky texture.
An intense and distinguished Mediterranean red
Grown on schist soils, this wine reveals a fine tannic structure and beautiful freshness, perfectly balancing power and finesse.
A spicy nose and an elegant palate
The nose reveals notes of black cherry, spices, and garrigue, typical of Mediterranean grape varieties. On the palate, it is distinguished by its beautiful tension, velvety tannins, and a long, mineral finish.
How to enjoy Auguste?
Served at 16-18°C, Auguste is the perfect accompaniment to a leg of lamb, a spicy tagine, or roasted vegetables with herbs. With an aging potential of 5 to 10 years, it will gain in complexity and suppleness.
La barrique du chat botté Red 2017
Lindenlaub
Bright, savory, fresh, and deep, this wine goes down fast. This Cuvée du Chat is a still red wine made from Alsace Pinot Noir, cultivated and vinified by Christophe Lindenlaub. The grapes are hand-harvested from the Sempel and Thomen plots, facing south on the Stierkopf terroir. These plots contain the oldest Pinot Noir vines on the Lindenlaub estate. The clay-limestone soil on a sandstone substrate refines and accentuates the wine's clarity, giving it a straightforward personality and plenty of character. The grapes spend two weeks in maceration tanks to extract their color, then age in stainless steel tanks. This vintage comes from the Lindenlaub estate via the Parisian-Burgundian wine merchant Le Chat botté & Co, which selects beautiful bottles each year for its “La Barrique du Chat botté” series, illustrated with a collector’s label.

Christophe Lindenlaub succeeds his father Jacques at the head of their twelve-hectare wine estate, cultivated by their family for almost three centuries. Viticulture there dates back two centuries, the activity previously being mixed. The Lindenlaub estate is located in the village of Dorlisheim, near Molsheim and Mutzig, on splendid clay-limestone terroirs on sandstone bedrock. All the classic Alsatian grape varieties are cultivated, and all types of Alsace wines are produced, from still red or white wines to oxidative wines, pet' nat', sweet late harvest wines, crémant, and maceration wines. Christophe's commitment to making wines as close to nature as possible, with complete respect for the terroir, gradually led him to convert the estate—certified organic since 2012—to natural viticulture and vinification. A testament to this goal is the Ensö range, six natural single-varietal cuvées, under the sign of the Chinese ink circle specific to Zen mysticism. This series, Christophe explains, was born from a quest for personal fulfillment and the desire to impart an extra touch of soul to his wines.

The soils are mainly limestone, stony, ferruginous and reddish. The grapes macerate in whole bunches. Aging is approximately one year in barrels. Nose of black cherry and candied fruit.

No Bullschiste White 2023,
A natural tribute to Chenin and schist terroirs
The No Bullschiste 2023, by De Vini, is a vibrant and authentic white wine, born from the schist terroirs of the Loire. This 100% Chenin, vinified by direct pressing and aged for 8 months in buried sandstone vats, reflects a natural philosophy, without fining or filtration, to preserve all the purity of the grape and the expression of the terroir.
A fresh and saline tasting experience
To the eye, this wine reveals a clear and luminous color, with slightly golden highlights. The nose is aromatic and refined, with tangy notes of lemon, green apple, and a subtle floral touch. On the palate, it seduces with its vibrant freshness, marked minerality, and a saline finish reminiscent of sea spray. Its lively and light texture makes it an ideal companion for convivial moments. Served between 8 and 10°C, it is best enjoyed young to fully appreciate its energy and purity.
A seafood companion
No Bullschiste 2023 pairs wonderfully with shellfish, oysters, or cooked fish. Its liveliness and minerality also make it a perfect choice for a light aperitif or dishes with marine influences.
With an aging potential of 5 years, this Chenin, enhanced by schist, offers an authentic experience, between tradition and modernity. A natural and sincere wine, ideal for lovers of freshness and non-interventionist wines.
Vino Rosso Cereza Red 2017
A light red wine made from the Italian Ciliegiolo grape variety. Unfiltered. Ideal serving temperature: 16/18°C.
Natural wine with no added sulfites.
Combe du Temps Red 2018,
Les Vignes du Domaine du Temps
A wine that stands the test of time, a preserved terroir, and natural vinification: Combe du Temps 2018 is a straightforward and vibrant red, made from a balanced blend of Syrah and Grenache. In the majestic setting of Cabardès, on the outskirts of Carcassonne, the Domaine du Temps has produced an intense, mineral, and expressive cuvée, where nature expresses itself without artifice.
An exceptional terroir and pure vinification
Located on stony clay-limestone soils, the vineyard benefits from a rare balance between freshness and dryness, perfect for revealing the finesse of Grenache and the depth of Syrah. Certified biodynamic since 1998 and dedicated to natural wine since 2015, the estate practices demanding viticulture: low yields, careful grape selection, and additive-free vinification. Carbonic maceration for each grape variety, fermentation with indigenous yeasts, no fining or filtration, and less than 2g of sulfur added before bottling. Aging takes place for nine months, including 20% in barrels, adding a subtle oaky touch without masking the fruit.
An intense and racy red
Combe du Temps boasts a deep garnet color that heralds beautiful concentration. The nose is a captivating blend of vibrant red fruits, sweet spices and mineral notes reminiscent of the earth and surrounding scrubland. On the palate, the freshness perfectly balances the tannic structure, offering a silky touch and a lingering, slightly salty and peppery finish.
Food and wine pairings and tasting moments
With its straight and fresh profile, this wine will pair equally well with a barbecue with friends or a refined meal. It pairs wonderfully with grilled meats, Mediterranean tapas, artisanal charcuterie, and smoky dishes. Served around 16°C, it will gain in expression after a short airing.

Bodegas Coruña del Conde
Julien López's I'm Natural, Don't Panic range consists of macerated wines. This dry white is based 100% on the Airén grape variety, which is very common in Spain, particularly in Castile-León. Julien created this limited edition using grapes from a friend, Samuel Cano, from Patio. Fresh and tangy, slightly cloudy (unfiltered), with beautiful notes of linden and white flowers. No additives in the vineyard or cellar. Pair with grilled fish and white meats.
Natural wine with no added sulfites.
El Aqueronte Red 2018
El Aqueronte refers to Acheron, the river of the underworld in Greek mythology. We therefore expect base notes firmly rooted in the soil and black fruits, and they are there: a beautiful dark garnet color, a smoky and fruity nose (black cherry), peony, and cocoa, and a velvety, cherry-peppery texture on the palate, a harmony between minerality and fruit. Made from 100% Mencia grapes (from the Trousseau), unfiltered and unsulfured, this wine comes from seventy to ninety-year-old vines grown in the north of Bierzo on a homogeneous plot with clay-limestone soils rich in quartz, at an altitude of 555 meters. The grapes macerate for three to four days in old, unsealed chestnut vats; the wines are aged in French oak barrels for eleven months. Decanting is recommended.
Natural wine with no added sulfites.
Chardonnay White 2022,
Frédéric Cossard
Frédéric Cossard, a key figure in natural wine in Burgundy, offers us with his 2022 Chardonnay a pure and elegant interpretation of this emblematic grape variety. Produced from clay-limestone terroirs, this wine is distinguished by its precision and balance.
A Chardonnay of finesse and purity
Vinified without additives and aged with care, this Chardonnay reveals all the richness of its terroir. Its careful aging results in a beautiful mineral tension and a refined texture, perfect for immediate drinking or extended cellaring.
A delicate nose and a chiseled palate
On the nose, it expresses notes of citrus, green apple, and white flowers, with a hint of hazelnut. The mouth, taut and mineral, reveals a beautiful liveliness, supported by a precise acidity and a long and saline finish.
How to serve it?
To be enjoyed chilled, between 10 and 12°C, this Chardonnay will enhance seafood, creamy poultry or a platter of mature cheeses. With an aging potential of 5 to 10 years, it will evolve towards even more complex aromas.
Champagne Fleur d'Etoile Extra-Brut White non-vintage,
Fleur d'étoile is a zero-dosage extra-brut vinified without sulfur. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in 228-liter Burgundy barrels and aging is 99 months on slats. The result is a ripe and distinguished champagne, a textured wine with a brilliant color with golden yellow highlights, very emblematic of the Aube terroir. The nose, clean and aromatic, offers floral and vinous aromas. The attack on the palate confirms the balance, the mid-palate is characterized by freshness and acidity, and the finish offers aromas of citron peel with a nice bitterness. To serve it at the table, think of a galette des Rois filled with almond cream with candied citrus peel, aged comté cheese, or fine dishes in sauce (fish or poultry with yellow wine).

Four generations of winemakers have succeeded one another at the head of Maison Fleury, a pioneer of biodynamics and natural wine in Champagne. Organic farming has been practiced for around thirty years with Demeter and Biodyvin certifications, and the vines have not seen any herbicides for fifty years. Fleury stands out for its organic and natural vintages, typical of the Côte des Bar, where Pinot Noir dominates, the main grape variety in this Fleur d'étoile vintage, with a touch of Chardonnay. The vines grow mainly on Kimmeridgian limestone, with a few plots on calcareous marl.
Crucella Red 2020,
La Vinicola di Antonio Gismondi
Crucella is known for its undergrowth, mineral, and earthy nose, a lively and acidic attack on the palate, red fruits, cherry on the retro-olfaction, and tannins less present than the deep color would suggest. Certainly a good wine for laying down that will blossom with time. The only red from the estate, it is a beautiful blend of Merlot (33%), Sangiovese (34%), and the ancient local grape variety Freisa (33%), which imparts a slight hint of musky red fruit, but the overall wine is well balanced. The harvest macerates for five or six days in stainless steel vats, then the wine is aged for seven to ten months in the same type of vat.
Find out more
Antonio Gismondi's azienda is located in Cerreto Sanita, in the Benevento region of Campania. A microclimate gives this area an almost continental feel: humid winds from the Tyrrhenian Sea collide with the first ramparts of the Apennine mountain range, causing condensation in the air and lowering temperatures, which are significantly cooler and more humid than on the coast. If we add a temperature inversion phenomenon between day and night, which is common in the Apennine climate, the freshness of the wines from the Antonio Gismondi estate is nothing mysterious in this southern Italy, which is nevertheless known for its very hot climate. The estate is family-run: for generations, the Gismondi family has cultivated vines and made wine using the most traditional and natural methods, to which biodynamic techniques are added. For a long time, of the fifteen tons of grapes produced each year, one ton was reserved for on-site winemaking for family consumption, with the rest going to the local wine cooperative. It was their meeting with Massimo Marchiori and Antonella of Partida Creus that led Antonio and his wife Anabel to start producing natural wines at home from the entire harvest. The two-hectare vineyard is located between 350 and 380 meters above sea level, on clay and stony soils, with two-thirds facing south. The grape varieties are Merlot, Freisa and Sangiovese for the reds, and Falanghina and Malvasia di Candia for the whites.x
Samos Blanc 1958, Samos Cooperative
Here's a gem, a real gem. The Samos Cooperative is one of the oldest wine cooperatives in Greece, supplying all of Europe with sweet Muscat for several centuries. It has preserved this masterpiece, this sweet white made from Muscat Petit Grain harvested and vinified on the island, for sixty-five solid years, which is why it takes on the appearance of a red. This is because it is very old and its color has evolved over time, from amber gold to dark mahogany. Normal. Sumptuously aged and patinated, caressed by time, it is endowed with an uncommon aromatic power. This great cuvée for laying down has all the virtues of a very old sweet wine: vibrant, sweet and saline, superbly fresh, with a beautiful aromatic structure and great length. This meditation wine, which reveals all the authenticity of the island's mineral and volcanic terroir, is a perfect example of what time can do to a great muscat. It was on the occasion of the Sous le Végétal project that this nugget without additives, added sulfites or any other additives was offered to us by the Samos Cooperative. It was this same wine, if you refer to the history of the project, that inspired Jason Ligas with the idea.

Beneath the vegetation lies the mineral: such is the meaning of this concept of natural cuvées created in Greece, on the island of Samos, by a team of friends gathered around winemakers Jason Ligas and Patrick Bouju. The successful venture marks a renaissance of the thousand-year-old vineyard of this island in the North Aegean Sea, which owes its dense, wooded vegetation to various nicknames received in Antiquity, from Dryoussa ("covered with oaks") to Kyparissia ("covered with cypresses"), by way of Melamphyllos ("Dark-leaved"). This natural wealth covers a unique and varied subsoil: volcanic rocks and notably basalts, limestone, quartz, pink granites, schists, iron cast irons… The idea was born from Jason’s meeting with the Samos Wine Cooperative. Patrick Bouju soon joined the project. The five vintages of Sous le Végétal — Livia, Hüpnos, Octave, Palli & Genesia, Alexandre and Auguste — are produced on around sixty plots of Samos Muscat à petits grains (as well as Avgoustiatis for the red vintage and Asyrtiko for Alexandre), between 400 and 910 meters above sea level. Each plot is vinified separately. For vinification, four types of containers are used: amphorae, concrete eggs, stainless steel vats and 500-liter barrels. Each lieu-dit is vinified in at least two of the four containers and the aging takes place in black bottles sealed with wax. No sulfur is added, no filtration: the winemakers of Samos rediscover wine as it was made in their childhood. This is one of the wonders of natural wine: it allows, through the most innovative projects, to reconnect with forgotten traditions. Sous le Végétal also takes under its wing the A la Natural cuvées signed Patrick Bouju, without forgetting the 1958 vintage Muscat of Samos which inspired the project to the winemakers.
Volnay Qvevris Red 2020,
The nose reveals beautiful notes of red fruits (strawberry), spices, and candied fruits. On the palate, it reveals warmth and power, with floral aromas and a great minerality on the finish. This warm, straightforward wine from the Volnay appellation, with notes of red and black fruits, is balanced and lively on the palate, with lovely, gently spicy notes. It comes from old Pinot Noir vines growing at the bottom of the slopes, on dense, stony soils of ferruginous red clay and limestone. The plots are steep, facing west-southeast and located between 230 and 280 meters above sea level. The vines are worked on horseback, respecting the soil and the earth. The harvest is manual and is carried out when the grapes are fully ripe. The grapes macerate in whole bunches. Aging in qvevri (buried Georgian-style terracotta jars) further develops the wine's velvety texture and depth.

Through his entirely natural work, Frédéric Cossard gives voice to the terroirs and Burgundy wines, undeformed by agricultural chemicals. Having observed, during his years of trading, the existence of harmful viticultural practices, the winemaker used this counter-example to practice unadulterated viticulture. Thus, he produces vintages of purity and elegance without artifice that are among the most sought-after in Burgundy. Frédéric worked for a while as a wine broker before creating the Domaine de Chassorney with his partner Laure in 1996: initially a few ares of vines in Saint-Romain, Auxey-Duresses and Savigny-lès-Beaune, and currently ten hectares spread across the Nuits-Saint-Georges, Pommard, Volnay, Bourgogne Hautes Côtes de Beaune and Bourgogne appellations. In 2006, he created his own trading house and buys organic grapes to vinify, according to his style and convictions, great vintages such as Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet, Chassagne-Montrachet, Pommard, Nuits-Saint-Georges, Chambolle-Musigny, Vosne-Romanée and several Beaujolais crus. The exercise is not limited to Burgundy, as vintages are made from grapes purchased in the Jura or Languedoc regions. At his place, the work of the soil and the vines is done as naturally as possible: regular ploughing by horse, no addition of chemical fertilizers or weedkillers. The vines are cared for according to the principles of biodynamics: homeopathic treatments based on essential oils, copper and sulfur in minimal doses. The harvest is entirely manual, carried out at full maturity, at the end of October. Reds or whites, classic Burgundies or more atypical or less "regional" bottles, Frédéric's vintages are rare and sought-after wines, which sometimes require waiting.
Royal Canette White 2016
This 100% Colombard white wine comes from grapes grown on basalt sand and Villafranchian limestone soils in Adissan. Antony Tortul selected the most concentrated grapes from the plot and created a blend of direct pressing and maceration with a little flotation (clarified must). The whole was aged in vats for eleven months. The exotic fruit notes of this wine pair very well with fish in a creamy white wine sauce or in matelote. It has a ten-year aging potential.
La Belle Egarée White 2022
La Belle Égarée is an organic (Ecocert) and natural dry white wine from the Coteaux du Loir, made from Chenin Blanc, without any additives or inputs. It is produced by Renaud Guettier of La Grapperie in the Vin de France category.
Vinification
La Belle Égarée comes from a blend of old and young vines growing on clay-siliceous soils over limestone. The harvest is carried out by hand and is directly pressed, and the must ferments in barrels using indigenous yeasts. Fermentation is followed by one year of aging. No sulfites added at bottling.
Tasting
A superb white Chenin, fruity and mineral, La Belle Égarée is stunningly complex; it is a wine of pure poetry, a fairy tale, focused on roundness and maturity more than acidity. A floral nose of jasmine, hawthorn, and acacia, a palate all mirabelle plum, ripe apple, and white pineapple, with mineral touches of smoke and incense. And a well-managed oxidative touch, in addition to a little something bewitching that is quite difficult to explain. A chiseled, truly exceptional wine, to be reserved for the finest meals or drunk on its own. Pair it with the finest cuisine, that of special occasions. For example, caviar, bottarga, large smoked salmon, oysters. It will go very well with a bellota Iberian ham!
Learn more about Renaud Guettier and La Grapperie
In the Coteaux du Loir appellation, La Grapperie is the name of the estate of Renaud Guettier, who can be described as a master of Chenin, but also of Pineau d'Aunis, which is one of the oldest grape varieties in the Loire Valley.
The estate
Renaud's 60 hectares of hillside vines are protected from the north winds by the Bercé forest. Depending on the altitude, the terroirs are predominantly clay, flint, or sand. The grape varieties are the two traditionally authorized varieties in the appellation: Chenin for the whites and Pineau d'Aunis for 90% of the reds, the rest consisting of a few ares of Côt, Gamay, and Grolleau. Some vines are more than a hundred years old.
In the vineyard and the winery
The entire estate is organically cultivated. The soils are worked and all viticultural interventions are manual, including the harvest, carried out at full maturity, which is reflected in the fullness and smoothness of the wines. For the reds, the Pineaux d'Aunis are partially destemmed (depending on the plot) and the macerations are quite long, three to four weeks, with punching down, to promote aging potential. The wines are aged in barrels for between twelve and twenty-four months, then racked, blended, and bottled without filtration. For the whites, the Chenins are pressed directly at low pressure and then put into barrels with complete malolactic fermentation, for at least eighteen months, including malolactic fermentation, and sometimes up to thirty-six months.

This antiquity is felt in the depth and structure of the wine, and it also benefits from superb aging qualities. A fine example of Chardonnay at its peak. Colline des anciens White 2021
The aptly named Colline des Anciens is minerality personified: full of freshness and salinity, it is a dry white from Alsace with an alcohol content of 13.6% and a great aromatic depth. This minerality and aromatic depth reflect the great limestone terroir of the Rosheim hillsides: a clay-rich soil on a substrate of muschelkalk and pink limestone. The plots face south on a 20% slope, and the vines have an average age of thirty years. The blend of three Alsatian grape varieties is carried out as follows: the Riesling (40%) is directly pressed, while the Gewurztraminer (20%) and Pinot Gris (40%) are macerated for forty-eight hours. All the grapes come from the estate and are harvested by hand; both the viticulture and the work in the cellar are 100% free of additives and sulfites, and the wine is not filtered. Colline des Anciens is aged exclusively in Alsatian foudres (wooden vats of around a thousand liters).

Located in the northern part of the Alsatian vineyard, horizontally above Strasbourg, the Einhart estate is a ten-hectare family estate whose vines are located on the hillsides that rise between the Alsace plain and the Vosges mountains. The soil is clay-limestone and rich in fossils (muschelkalk, i.e. shell limestone and oolite limestone, and lettenkohle or dolomitic limestone). Since 1990, Nicolas Einhart has been at the helm, now assisted by his son Théo. True to his commitments to the TIFLO association, of which he is co-founder, Nicolas devotes his winemaking work to the protection of the land and biodiversity, winemaking without inputs, the refusal of harmful phytosanitary products and the maintenance of ecological refuge zones. His estate has been certified organic since 2011. Like Jean-Marc Dreyer [link], he is resolutely moving towards skin maceration and produces white maceration wines (orange wines) in addition to a red Pinot Noir. Entirely manual harvesting, destemming of the bunches, light punching down and delicate pressing are characteristic of the estate, as well as the separate vinification of each terroir, aging on lees and the absence of filtration before bottling. The wines are pure grape, lively, powerful, invigorating, and transcribe the minerality of the very beautiful terroirs of the Vosges foothills.
