Alburostre Blanc 2023
De Vini
Alburostre est un vin blanc bio, biodynamique et nature réaisé par Christophe Bosque (De Vini) en pays nantais à partir de cépage folle-blanche. Il provient de vignes croissant à Gorges (Loire-Atlantique), au domaine du vigneron, sur sols de gabbro. Classé Vin de France. La folle-blanche ou gros-plant est un cépage typique du pays nantais, où il est connu depuis le XVIe siècle et se plaît beaucoup sur sols de gabbro. Très apte à la distillation, c’est aussi un cépage de l’armagnac et du cognac. Il donne typiquement des vins peu alcooliques et pâles de robe : Alburostre est tout cela.
Vinification
Les folles-blanches biologiques vendangées pour Alburostre sont pressées directement, fermentées par levures indigènes, puis le vin est élevé neuf mois sur lies en jarres de grès. Aucun collage, sulfitage ni filtration.
Dégustation
Alburostre signifie « blanc-bec » en français ancien. Outre la pâleur de sa robe — typique de la folle-blanche —, il n’a pourtant rien d’un nigaud inexpérimenté. C’est un très beau vin blanc facile à boire (10 degrés d’alcool), souple, aimable, ciselé et tout en pureté. Une belle note fermentaire, levurée, s’élève au-dessus de sa simple description pour envelopper le palais et accentuer encore la longueur du vin. Très gourmand : réservez-le aux plus beaux saumons fumés, aux fruits de mer et même au caviar. Le vigneron conseille tartare de saumon à la coriandre, pavé de lieu au beurre blanc, ou pouces-pieds vapeur.

De Vini, assorti du négoce Vinilibre, est l’activité multicasquette de Christophe Bosque, originaire de Saint-Nazaire. Le vin le passionne depuis toujours. Nous nous intéressons particulièrement à ses créations locales, issues de sa vigne de quelques deux hectares et fermentées en cuve enterrée à la nantaise — véritable réinvention du muscadet (hors appellation) en mode nature.
Fondu de gabbro
Après avoir passé des années en tant que négociant, importateur, puis négociant vinificateur, cet ancien cameraman pourvu d’un BTS œnologie-viticulture acquiert en 2017 quelques parcelles (deux hectares) de vignes de melon de Bourgogne à Gorges, en Loire-Atlantique, près de Clisson. Les sols y sont constitués de gabbro sur substrat granitique, configuration pédologique particulière à la région nantaise et notamment à Clisson. Christophe ne tarit pas d’éloges sur ce type de sol.
Muscadet en mieux
Les cuvées de Christophe peuvent être issues de raisins achetés sur les meilleurs terroirs français, notamment en Languedoc, mais le vigneron garde une affection particulière pour ses vignes, qu’il entretient avec passion et attention au terroir. On dénote sur ses étiquettes et dans ses appellations une touche d’humour et de sens du calembour, mais dans la bouteille, c’est du sérieux, des vins hors des sentiers battus comme il les aime.

Terroir, parcellaire et encépagement
Le Senzaniente Pecorino 2023 est un hommage vibrant au terroir des Abruzzes, où le cépage Pecorino, typique de la région, puise toute son énergie. Sur les sols argilo-calcaires des collines de Montepulciano d’Abruzzo, cette variété ancienne révèle un caractère bien trempé, entre fraîcheur citronnée et éclat floral. C’est un vin de lieu, qui exprime avec franchise la lumière, la pierre, et la plante.
Méthodes culturales
Au domaine Marina Palusci, le travail de la vigne se fait dans une approche naturelle et respectueuse : ni engrais, ni produits de synthèse, ni sulfites ajoutés. Tout est pensé pour laisser la vigne et le vin s’exprimer pleinement, sans maquillage ni contrainte. La vinification suit cette même logique : fermentation naturelle, pas d’additifs, pour un blanc vivant et vibrant.
Dégustation & accords
Le nez est une véritable explosion de fraîcheur : citron jaune, citron vert, pomelo, zestes d’agrumes, et une touche délicate de jasmin. En bouche, la matière est à la fois ronde et vive, avec une belle tension, une texture croquante et une finale fruitée sur la pomme et les agrumes. Ce vin blanc nature est équilibré, expressif, avec un joli rebond qui invite à y revenir. Il s’apprécie à l’apéritif comme à table, en compagnie de poissons grillés, de champignons sautés, de fromages affinés ou encore de plats asiatiques légèrement épicés. Le Plenus 2015 est né sur les terres vivantes des Abruzzes, à Montepulciano d’Abruzzo, où le cépage Pecorino trouve une expression singulière. Sur des sols argilo-calcaires, cette variété autochtone déploie une matière généreuse, portée par l’énergie minérale du terroir. C’est un vin de lieu, façonné par les courbes des collines italiennes et la main discrète des équipes de l’Azienda Marina Palusci.
Méthodes culturales
Ici, la vigne pousse librement, sans engrais chimiques ni produits de synthèse. Massimiliano D’Addario cultive avec patience et conviction, dans un respect total du vivant. La vendange, menée avec soin, est suivie d’une vinification la plus naturelle possible : fermentation spontanée, élevage prolongé de plus de douze mois, aucun ajout de sulfites à aucun moment. Le vin est embouteillé avec un bouchon à vis, choix pragmatique pour préserver son éclat originel.
Dégustation & accords
Dans le verre, le Plenus 2015 révèle une palette aromatique aussi riche que nuancée : pêche blanche, thym frais, poivre blanc, agrumes confits, coing, amande grillée, et une touche briochée qui trahit son évolution lente et gracieuse. La bouche est ample, vibrante, traversée par une acidité vive et une minéralité fumée, comme un souffle de roche chaude. Pureté du chardonnay, élevage ancestral
Issu de chardonnay cultivé sans intrants de synthèse sur des sols de schistes, Perspective bénéficie d’une vinification naturelle en presse directe, puis d’un élevage de six mois en amphores, qui lui confère une texture limpide et une tension minérale saisissante. Aucune intervention œnologique superflue : ici, seules les levures indigènes orchestrent la fermentation, laissant le terroir s’exprimer librement.
Un blanc vibrant, plein de fraîcheur
À la dégustation, la robe est claire, brillante, d’un jaune pâle aux reflets argentés. Le nez s’ouvre sur des notes délicates de chèvrefeuille, de citron frais et une touche saline qui évoque les embruns.
