Magnum Munjebel Red 2014
Frank Cornelissen's Munjebel 2014 is a pure and intense immersion in the volcanic terroir of Etna. Made exclusively from Nerello Mascalese, this red wine aptly expresses the identity of northern Sicily. It comes from several exceptional plots, notably those used for the estate's vintages, such as Zottorinoto-Chiusa Spagnolo, Feudo di Mezzo-Porcaria, and Pontale Palino, as well as from vines specifically dedicated to this cuvée (Rampante Sottana, Piano Daini, and Crasà).
In the glass, its translucent ruby color evokes the refinement and finesse of a great Pinot Noir, while preserving the energy and intensity characteristic of Etna wines. The nose is a true olfactory journey, revealing aromas of wild red fruits, black cherry, and raspberry, accompanied by subtle spicy and mineral notes, indicative of the basaltic influence of the soil. On the palate, it is both structured and vibrant: its tannins are present yet silky, and the ripeness of the fruit is balanced with a beautiful acidity. A slight salty touch prolongs the finish and recalls the volcanic origins of the terroir.
A natural wine with no added sulfites, the Munjebel 2014 reflects Frank Cornelissen's non-interventionist philosophy. This rich and expressive wine is ideal for aging (5 to 10 years), but is already splendid today after aeration in a carafe. Served between 16 and 18°C, it will pair wonderfully with grilled meats, Mediterranean dishes, or a porcini mushroom risotto.
Magnum VN Vinel.lo Ancestral Blanc 2016, Partida Creus
This lively and easy-drinking white sparkling wine (10% alcohol) is a blend of native Catalan grape varieties: Garnatxa Blanca, Macabeu, Moscatell, Vinyater, Xarel.lo, Parsé, and Parellada. The harvest is pressed directly, and the must ferments in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats with indigenous yeasts. A second fermentation takes place in the bottle, where it ages for 10 months on its fine lees. Dry, light, and fruity, it will easily replace a champagne with a sunnier nuance. The nose offers aromas of ripe white fruits and yeasts reminiscent of pastries. On the palate, it is elegant, fresh and suitable for all occasions, but we recommend it as an aperitif or to accompany desserts (galette des Rois, pithiviers, millefeuille and all puff pastries).

Magnum VN Vinel.lo Ancestral Sparkling Red 2016
VN, Vinel·lo Ancestral Red Sparkling Wine, is a natural sparkling wine resulting from a blend of indigenous grape varieties: Samsó (Cinsault), Garrut (Mourvèdre), Trepat, Ull de Perdiu, Queixal de Llop, Sumoll, and Grenache Noir, harvested from predominantly limestone soils. After crushing, the musts from the different grape varieties ferment one after the other and are gradually added, thus extending fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Fermentation completes in the bottle for ten months on fine lees. No filtration, no additives, no added sulfites. A fruity, very fresh sparkling wine with floral and yeasty notes. Very long finish. Natural wine with no added sulfites.
Magnum I'm Natural Don't Panic #7 Red 2018
Coruna del Conde
Julien López's I'm Natural, Don't Panic range consists of macerated wines. This 100% Tempranillo red is both powerful and supple; its freshness is the result of a high-altitude climate that subjects the vines to significant temperature variations. A lovely bouquet of red fruits and a beautiful balance of sweetness and minerality. Serve with tapas, grilled meats, or poultry.
Natural wine with no added sulfites.
Rosso 2012
Le Coste
This generous Italian red is made from a blend composed primarily of Grechetto (a local variety related to Sangiovese), with the secondary grape varieties being Cannaiolo, Colorino, Ciliegiolo, and Vaiano, indigenous varieties planted in the vineyards on the volcanic soils of the Le Coste estate. Fermentation lasts about a month in French oak and chestnut vats. Rosso is then aged in Slovenian oak barrels. At first glance, a beautiful ruby color, a crisp and juicy palate, with notes of red and black fruits.

Unatantum Liquoreux Red Still 2009
This sweet red is 100% aleatico, grown on the volcanic soils of the Azienda Le Coste estate. The grapes are air-dried for a month, hung in whole bunches from wires, and the wine is slowly fermented for three years. This produces a wine that is sweet without being syrupy, and wonderfully complex.

Su Chi No'Nau Rouge 2013, Gianfranco Manca Panevino
A blend of two hundred-year-old plots of vines: Grenache and Cannonau. Fermentation and aging take place in stainless steel vats. Fruity, slightly carbonic, between fruit and stone: a slight smoky touch brings to mind schist, a volcano. A very fine table wine.
Natural wine with no added sulfites
Sassaia Blanc 2011, La Biancara di Angiolino Maule
This white is the story of a beautiful encounter between a Garganega and a touch of Trebbiano. Produced from vines growing on the volcanic slopes of Veneto, Sassaia is the result of spontaneous fermentation, without filtration, using indigenous yeasts, before aging in barrels. With a beautiful orange color, it stands out for its powerful and slightly smoky nose, which continues on the palate with notes of cider while retaining a beautiful acidic structure. Full-bodied and generous, it will perfectly replace a red wine with a grilled meat dish.

Le Vigne Piu Vecchie White 2010
A great deal of wisdom goes into this 100% Procanico Italian white wine, produced from vines around sixty years old. A precious plot, located on the volcanic soils of the Le Coste estate, to which it owes its name: the vigne più vecchie, literally "the oldest vines." After direct pressing and a short maceration, this cuvée is aged for many months in 500-liter oak barrels before being bottled, where it will wait another thirty-six months. Despite its venerable age, one cannot help but be charmed by the beautiful minerality that it manages to retain in the mouth, and by its formidable balance.

Magnum Munjebel CS Red 2015
This pure Nerello Mascalese comes from an ungrafted vine in the Zottorinoto contrada, growing on the Chiusa Spagnola plot, surrounded by lava rocks, somewhat hidden in an amphitheater-like landscape and at an altitude of 620 meters. This plot was planted in 1925 and produces a deep, tannic wine, somewhat reminiscent of Nebbiolo, with a slightly less intense color than the estate's other reds.

Xarab Vigiriega Doré VGR White 2009,
On south-facing schist hillsides at an altitude of 1,300 meters, Manuel Valenzuela has created, within the Xarab series, this astonishing sweet white wine made entirely from the native Vigiriega grape variety, raisined on the vine and harvested in December. The color is a beautiful bright gold, the nose fragrant (yellow fruits); the flavor is rich, intense, generous, and aromatic. A perfectly balanced sweet wine.
Natural wine with no added sulfites.
Cerro las Monjas 1368 Red 2005,
Barranco Oscuro
Blend of Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Grenache from high-altitude vines (1,368 m).
Extremely fresh wine, rich aromas, notes of Morello cherries and cherries.
Natural wine with no added sulfites.
Rubaiyat Red 2009
This wine is produced from Syrah vines planted at an altitude of approximately 1,290 meters, facing south on schist and clay soils. The destemmed harvest macerates in stainless steel vats, and is aged for sixteen months in old barrels. The Syrah, originally from Persia, inspired the name of the vintage: Rubaiyat is the title of a lyrical cycle by the Persian poet Omar Khayyam (11th century), a man of great wisdom, mathematician, astronomer... He wrote in particular about the joys that wine brings, among other pleasures of life.
