This organic wine produced in IGP Terre Siciliane is made from Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio grown on basalt soils in the biodiverse plots of Frank Cornelissen's vineyard. Contadino is a balanced, structured, gastronomic, and easy-to-drink cuvée. Lots of crisp fruit, without ever falling into the easy route. A certain bite, a freshness typical of the estate. A perfect red for the table.

SM Sumoll 2016, Partida Creus
This red Sumoll, a very old Catalan red grape variety that has long been neglected, is one of Partida Creus' favorites. Low-yielding, Sumoll gives its best on poor soils, which gives it great concentration, beautiful balance, juicy black fruit, dense and generous, notes of Mediterranean spices and plants, and finally an earthy, animal and smoky character. The short maceration allows it to retain freshness and acidity. It will be excellent with red meats, roasts, duck, but the range of its pairings is actually very wide.

BB Bobal Rouge 2016, Partida Creus
BB is a 100% Bobal, a racy and finely wild red made from a common grape variety in Spain but whose expression is very original here. Dark cherry red color; on the nose, candy, sweet flowers, fresh fruits, violet, thyme. On the palate, a lot of distinction: a straight acidity and morello cherry, ripe plum, black pepper, a little saline touch on the finish. Serve very chilled.

BB is a 100% Bobal, a racy and finely wild red made from a common grape variety in Spain but whose expression is very original here. It evokes the family vine, artisanal and free wine, the garrigue and fig leaf. Will accompany bellota ham, the best cured meats and terrines, spicy dishes, Chinese cuisine. The grapes are destemmed, lightly crushed, and undergo around sixty days of skin maceration. It is the aromatic expression of Etna, a vintage produced and blended in the traditional way, mixing plots and grape varieties. The result is a wine with a rich and voluptuous nose, elegant and fluid, with structure and a strong personality. Aging potential: ten years. Serving temperature: 14-15°C. Orange Bianco Zibibbo 2017
Abbazia San Giorgio
Orange is a white Zibibbo produced by the Sicilian estate Abbazia San Giorgio (on the island of Pantelleria), whose vineyard is laid out in terraces. The sixty-year-old vines grow on volcanic soils rich in minerals and poor in organic matter. The grapes are harvested in early September and undergo a skin maceration for approximately twenty days. Finally, the wine is aged for six months in stainless steel vats and then in chestnut barrels. Aging potential: fifteen years. Close to an orange wine, aromas of tropical fruits and candied citrus.

This single-variety Grechetto comes from vines planted at an altitude of 450 meters on a west-facing plot of volcanic soil. The harvest is destemmed and macerated for approximately three weeks, with daily pumping over or punching down as needed. Aging is six months in chestnut barrels. The wine is kept in bottles for six months before being marketed.

It combines beautiful concentration, freshness and oriental aromas: orange blossom, jasmine, dried apricot. The vines are over forty years old; the grapes are destemmed, lightly crushed and macerated for about four days. No fining, no sulfiting, light filtration before bottling. This wine will pair with an almost infinite variety of dishes, meat and fish, oysters and shellfish, and all Asian cuisines.

Rubaiyat Red 2009
This wine is produced from Syrah vines planted at an altitude of approximately 1,290 meters, facing south on schist and clay soils. The destemmed harvest macerates in stainless steel vats, and is aged for sixteen months in old barrels. The Syrah, originally from Persia, inspired the name of the vintage: Rubaiyat is the title of a lyrical cycle by the Persian poet Omar Khayyam (11th century), a man of great wisdom, mathematician, astronomer... He wrote in particular about the joys that wine brings, among other pleasures of life.
