Antenet Cahors Rouge 1998

It offers notes of leather, earth, and Mediterranean herbs (oregano, rosemary) alongside red fruit.
LAST STOP...And not the least! JURA: Les Valseuses Cade Meu Carnaval Sparkling Rosé 2019

Les Hirondelles Red 2023
Terroir, plot size and grape varieties
Born under the sign of renewal, Les Hirondelles 2023 is a vintage that captures the essence of a free, joyful, and vibrant Gamay. While its Vin de France label proudly displays the colors of the Rhône Valley, its soul is firmly rooted in the granite soils and rolling hills of Beaujolais. This distinctive terroir, where the vines take deep root in living soils, gives the Gamay all its fruity freshness, finesse, and straightforwardness. A single grape variety, a single intention: to express the purity of the grape and the energy of the place.
Cultivation methods
The Alonso Tribe, a passionate collective free from traditional constraints, cultivates its vines with a philosophy deeply respectful of life. Their approach is sincere, intuitive, and connected to the rhythm of the seasons. The vines are lovingly tended by hand, without synthetic inputs, in a spirit of care and attentiveness to the plant. In the cellar, the same minimalist approach prevails: "Les Hirondelles" is a 100% free-run juice cuvée, born solely from the natural flow of the grapes, without pressing. This radical choice results in a remarkably fluid wine, where each sip seems to flow effortlessly, with the elegance of an unconstrained wine.
Tasting & pairings
On the nose, Les Hirondelles evokes a basket of freshly picked red berries. Juicy cherry immediately takes center stage, followed by notes of kirsch, a touch of violet, and a hint of white pepper. The palate, lively and fluid, unfolds a structured yet supple texture, supported by fine tannins and a beautiful tension. This is a red wine that dances rather than weighs down, a wine of movement and spontaneity.
Served slightly chilled, it pairs wonderfully with a platter of fine charcuterie, roasted vegetables with thyme, or even a dish of ravioli with porcini mushrooms. It will also be a hit as an aperitif, when you want to start the evening with a red wine that's engaging yet discreet. At only 12% ABV, it's remarkably easy to drink, making you want to come back for more.

Unit price perYARD x Bois Moisset Cuvée (exclusive cuvée) Sparkling Rosé 2024
Terroir, plot size and grape varieties
Born from the dialogue between the ancestral terroir of Gaillac and a contemporary vision of winemaking, the YARD x Bois Moisset Sparkling Wine 2024 embodies a luminous encounter between tradition and freshness. The Bois Moisset estate, located in the heart of the Tarn vineyards, passionately cultivates the indigenous grape varieties Braucol and Duras. These varieties, typical of Southwest France, lend their unique character to this rosé: Braucol for its vivacity and aromas of red fruit, and Duras for its finesse and floral notes. The clay-limestone soil, bathed in sunshine and caressed by the breezes of the Tarn River, imparts a beautiful tension and a pure expression of fruit to the grapes.
Cultivation methods
Long committed to sustainable viticulture, Domaine Bois Moisset is certified organic. The vines are cultivated without synthetic inputs, in a living ecosystem where observation takes precedence over intervention. The soils are worked gently, fostering flourishing biodiversity and true harmony between the vine and its environment. This artisanal philosophy naturally extends to the cellar, where winemaking is as gentle as possible. The secondary fermentation, likely natural, gives this cuvée its sparkling, fine bubbles, without ever compromising the purity of the fruit.
Tasting & pairings
Slightly cloudy, by design, this 2024 sparkling rosé displays a delicate, salmon-pink hue. On the nose, an intoxicating bouquet of orange blossom and strawberry unfolds, reminiscent of the sweetness of a spring garden. On the palate, the bubbles are lively yet delicate, supporting a light and refreshing, almost carefree, texture. The overall impression is dry, remarkably drinkable, with a fruity touch that evokes homemade strawberry granita.
Ideal for pairing with lightly sweetened desserts, such as raspberry panna cotta or a delicate peach tart, this wine also proves remarkably well-suited to raw fish: sashimi, ceviche, or tartare harmonize beautifully with its floral freshness and fine acidity. A free-spirited, joyful, and genuine sparkling wine, perfect for spontaneous moments, summer aperitifs, and large gatherings where toasts are raised informally but with enthusiasm.
Ambre dissous Red 2020
Terroir, plot size and grape varieties
Born in the vibrant Beaujolais region, La Tribu Alonso's 2020 Ambre Dissous is a distinctive red wine, a wine of character that breaks with established norms. While Gamay takes center stage, it is an uncommon Gamay, made from teinturier grapes – a rarity in the region. This bold choice results in a captivatingly deep color, almost cloudy like the ink of mystery, and already hints at a singular expression of the terroir.
The vineyard stretches across granite soils typical of Beaujolais, in an area where the influences of the nearby Rhône are felt, bringing darker, spicier notes and a welcome tension. It is a land of contrasts, between the freshness of the north and the generosity of the south, which La Tribu Alonso has managed to tame with rare sensitivity.
Cultivation methods
The Alonso Tribe is, above all, a philosophy. It's a return to the essentials, a work in symbiosis with nature, far removed from artifice. The vines are cultivated without chemical inputs, respecting living organisms, lunar cycles, and the energies of the land. Here, each bunch is hand-picked, in an almost ritualistic gesture, then vinified with minimal intervention. Fermentation occurs naturally, with indigenous yeasts taking the reins to best express the identity of the grape and its terroir.
This artisanal approach yields a free, vibrant, unadorned wine, where the grape variety can sing without a false note. Ambre Dissous is a reflection of nature embraced, sometimes wild, but always sincere.
Tasting & pairings
By the glass, Ambre Dissous 2020 immediately captivates with its deep, almost violet color, hinting at a wine with a strong character. The nose is a poem of spices: freshly ground black pepper, clove, with a delicate note of violet as a subtle reminder of Rhône influences. On the palate, the structure is assertive, the tannins present yet elegantly polished, offering a mouthfeel that is both firm and silky.
This wine is not meant to flatter; it challenges, questions, and invites contemplation. It can be enjoyed as an aperitif, to awaken the taste buds, or at the table, alongside a generous dish: a matured rib of beef, a lamb tagine with prunes, or even a wild mushroom risotto.
Ambre Dissous is a wine for sharing, but also for meditation. A bottle that tells a story, that of a marginalized grape variety, a reinvented terroir, and a tribe that, far from the beaten track, forges its own path with heart and conviction.
Alburostre White 2023
De Vini
Alburostre is an organic, biodynamic, and natural white wine made by Christophe Bosque (De Vini) in the Nantes region from the Folle Blanche grape variety. It comes from vines grown in Gorges (Loire-Atlantique), on the winemaker's estate, in gabbro soils. Classified as Vin de France. Folle Blanche, also known as Gros Plant, is a grape variety typical of the Nantes region, where it has been known since the 16th century and thrives in gabbro soils. Highly suitable for distillation, it is also a grape variety used in Armagnac and Cognac. It typically produces wines with low alcohol content and a pale color: Alburostre embodies all of these qualities.
Winemaking
The organic Folle Blanche grapes harvested for Alburostre are pressed directly, fermented with indigenous yeasts, and then the wine is aged for nine months on its lees in stoneware jars. No fining, sulfiting, or filtration.
Tasting
Alburostre means "greenhorn" in Old French. Despite its pale color—typical of Folle Blanche—it's anything but an inexperienced novice. It's a very fine, easy-drinking white wine (10% alcohol), supple, pleasant, precise, and pure. A lovely yeasty, fermentary note rises above its simple description, enveloping the palate and further accentuating the wine's length. A truly indulgent wine: reserve it for the finest smoked salmon, seafood, and even caviar. The winemaker recommends salmon tartare with coriander, pollack fillet with beurre blanc sauce, or steamed goose barnacles.
Learn more about Christophe Bosque and De Vini
De Vini, along with the Vinilibre wine trading business, is the multifaceted venture of Christophe Bosque, originally from Saint-Nazaire. Wine has always been his passion. We are particularly interested in his local creations, made from grapes grown on his two-hectare vineyard and fermented in a traditional Nantes-style underground vat—a true reinvention of Muscadet (outside the appellation) in a natural style.
Gabbro melt
After years working as a wine merchant, importer, and then winemaker, this former cameraman, who holds a vocational diploma in oenology and viticulture, acquired a few plots (two hectares) of Melon de Bourgogne vines in 2017 in Gorges, Loire-Atlantique, near Clisson. The soils there consist of gabbro on a granite subsoil, a pedological configuration specific to the Nantes region and particularly to Clisson. Christophe is full of praise for this type of soil.
Muscadet, but better
Christophe's wines may be made from grapes sourced from the finest French terroirs, particularly in Languedoc, but the winemaker retains a special affection for his own vines, which he tends with passion and a deep respect for the terroir. His labels and appellations reveal a touch of humor and a flair for the pun, but inside the bottle, it's serious business: wines off the beaten path, just the way he likes them.
Pet Nat White 2020,
A pinkish-amber color, plenty of freshness, roundness, and fruitiness, with superb, delicious, and fresh bubbles! The expression of the limestone from the Muschelkalk soils is perfect, with a magnificent salinity on the palate. We expected no less from the Einhart estate and its mastery of macerated whites, but also from its experience with sparkling wines, crémant being a local expertise. This natural sparkling wine, subtitled "pure grape," presents itself boldly, without apostrophe. It is made from 70% Sylvaner and 30% Gewurztraminer, grape varieties grown on the property, hand-harvested and destemmed. No additives are added to the vineyard or the winery. The vines, averaging thirty years old, grow on Muschelkalk limestone soils located in Weingarten and Oberer Altenberg. Vinification, plot-by-plot and entirely gravity-fed, begins with a four-day maceration for each grape variety, with indigenous yeasts. The wine spends twelve months on slats before disgorging.
Find out more
Located in the northern part of the Alsatian vineyard, horizontally above Strasbourg, the Einhart estate is a ten-hectare family estate whose vines are located on the hillsides that rise between the Alsace plain and the Vosges mountains. The soil is clay-limestone and rich in fossils (muschelkalk, i.e. shell limestone and oolite limestone, and lettenkohle or dolomitic limestone). Since 1990, Nicolas Einhart has been at the helm, now assisted by his son Théo. True to his commitments to the TIFLO association, of which he is co-founder, Nicolas devotes his winemaking work to protecting the land and biodiversity, winemaking without inputs, refusing harmful phytosanitary products and maintaining ecological refuge areas. His estate has been certified organic since 2011. Like Jean-Marc Dreyer, he is resolutely moving towards skin maceration and produces white maceration wines (orange wines) in addition to a Pinot Noir red. Entirely manual harvesting, destemming of the bunches, light punching down and delicate pressing are characteristic of the estate, as well as the separate vinification of each terroir, aging on lees and the absence of filtration before bottling. The wines are pure grape, lively, powerful, invigorating, and transcribe the minerality of the very beautiful terroirs of the Vosges foothills.
