This organic pure malt combines smoky notes with a beautiful roundness. The mountain spring water collected on site, the low-temperature distillation, and the care taken during maturation give it remarkable finesse and aromatic precision. Distilled at low temperature, unfiltered and uncolored, this pure malt from Vercors is a marvel of freshness and purity. The mountain spring water plays a large part in this, but also the low distillation temperature and the carefully measured aging in new French oak barrels and in barrels that have contained bourbon and cognac. This spirit possesses the energy and sweetness of its youth, with aromas of honeyed herbal tea, linden blossom, and a finish evocative of flowering orchards. Round, fruity, subtle and delicate.
