Tahitian Lime Liqueur Spirit 50cl
With this Tahitian Lime Liqueur, Lemon Story continues its meticulous work with rare citrus fruits, carefully cultivated in their Mediterranean plantation. True to their artisanal approach, each fruit is harvested at perfect ripeness and then processed immediately to preserve the full aromatic richness of its peel and pulp.
The Tahitian lime, selected for its intensity and finesse, gives rise to a liqueur of great precision. Each citrus fruit, with its singularity, brings an additional nuance, making each batch slightly unique and deeply vibrant.
To the eye, the color reveals a clear and luminous hue, promising freshness. The nose opens brilliantly with frank notes of lime zest, accompanied by subtle vegetal touches and an almost floral dimension. The ensemble is pure, clean, intensely evocative of freshly cut fruit.
On the palate, the attack is lively and taut, carried by perfectly controlled acidity. The texture remains supple and balanced, without heaviness, with a beautiful aromatic persistence. The absence of artificial colors and flavors allows for a sincere and direct expression of the fruit. Despite its 30 percent alcohol, the tasting remains fluid, fresh, and particularly thirst-quenching.
Served chilled, it evokes the spirit of a limoncello while offering a more vibrant and exotic character. In cocktails, it pairs wonderfully with Prosecco or Champagne to create a lively and fragrant aperitif. In cuisine, it enhances a rum baba, a tiramisu, or a lemon sorbet, bringing a touch of tangy elegance.
A liqueur with character, precise, expressive, and resolutely contemporary.
SP Ancestral Sparkling White 2021
Partida Creus
This 100% Subirat Parent sparkling Catalan wine, classified as Vino de Mesa (table wine), has a pale and elegant color. On the nose, it is fresh and aromatic with notes of ripe white fruits, melon, and wildflowers. Agile and lively on the palate, fresh and straightforward, lemony and slightly saline, it offers a crisp texture that perfectly suits its effervescence. Subirat Parent, one of the oldest Catalan grape varieties and a close relative of Malvasia, remains rare even in its country of origin. The clay-limestone soil enhances its freshness and integrity. This wine is produced by direct pressing followed by alcoholic fermentation between 15 and 18°C in stainless steel vats with indigenous yeasts. This alcoholic fermentation ends in bottles where the wine rests for ten months on its fine lees before being marketed. Produced and vinified without sulfites or any other additives.

Partida Creus is an important estate, both from a winemaking and historical perspective – we are talking here about the history of the vine in Catalonia. Massimo Marchiori and Antonella Gerosa, originally from Piedmont – and even from the Langhe region, where wine is well-known – first pursued careers as architects in Barcelona. But the wine bug bit them, and soon they abandoned the big city and its sophistication for the vineyards of southern Catalonia, in Bonastre in Baix-Penedés. There they found a quantity of abandoned vineyards planted with a dizzying diversity of traditional Catalan grape varieties, which they passionately revived to save these varieties – and their wines – from oblivion. For them, it's not just a matter of heritage rescue, no: it's a matter of taste and nature. Natural wines, which they will continue to make from now on on these sandy, poor, clay-limestone or clay-gravel soils, poor and poorly irrigated, where the vines suffer to give their best juice. Massimo and Antonella practice organic, biodynamic viticulture, entirely manual and natural in order to give new life to these wines. Vinyater, sumoll, garrut, monastrell, ull de perdiu, ull de llebre, sumoll, queixal de llop, cariñena, trepat, subirat parent, maccabeu, parellada, pansé, bobal, cartoixà vermell or xarel·lo: it is a true conservatory of native Catalan grape varieties that Partida Creus cares for. Moscatel, Grenache, Merlot, and Cabernet (among others) are also grown here. Few wineries can boast growing so many different grape varieties. The wines reflect this diversity, with winemakers striving to best convey the signature of the soil and the grape variety: single-varietal wines are common among them, alongside extensive blends, all in the styles dear to Catalonia: still wine, "ancestral" sparkling wine, and even vermouth. The bottles themselves are works of art: bare glass, simply marked with two large stenciled initials that denote the cuvée. The wines, fresh, vibrant, lush but always straightforward and impeccably juicy and fruity, breathe life. The arrival of a Partida Creus at the table always elicits cries of satisfaction.

Made from vines cultivated organically and biodynamically long before these practices became the norm, this wine embodies a pioneering vision deeply respectful of nature.

Magnum Tonton Red 2014
This 100% Cabernet Franc comes from Vincent Wallard's Loire winery. Grown in clay-limestone soils, the grapes are vinified using a mille-feuille process (skin-on maceration using layers of destemmed grapes and whole bunches to control the astringency of the tannins) before aging for twenty months. Excellent with red meats and wild mushrooms (particularly porcini mushrooms), it can be aged for twenty years.
A natural wine with no added sulfites.

A Rose of Whites Rosé 2019
La Senda
Two white grape varieties in equal parts: Doña Blanca and Palomino, from old plots whose vines are seventy to ninety years old. The vineyard is located in the north of Bierzo, planted on quartz-clayey limestone soils, at an altitude of 550 meters. The 2019 harvest of these whites is magnificent, but the winemaker lacked vats for their fermentation. He therefore macerated the entire harvest for three days in barrels that had previously contained red wine, hence the particular color of this wine, which is aged four months in the same barrels. No filtration or added sulfites. Reserve it for slightly mature cheeses, roasted white meats, and lacquered poultry (a Peking duck, what a great idea!).
Natural wine with no added sulfites.
Made from 100 to 180-year-old ungrafted Merweh vines, this wine comes from north-facing plots located between 900 and 1,300 meters above sea level. The wild vines, scattered among olive trees and oaks, are rooted in complex soils of limestone, clay, sand, and blue marl.
Vinified and aged for 12 months in stainless steel tanks on lees, it expresses great freshness, a subtle texture, and remarkable depth, reflecting a rare and preserved terroir. Confidential production of 2,500 bottles.
Rose-Marie, Rosé 2021
Château Le Puy
Rose-Marie 2021 is much more than a simple wine: it is a rare and poetic signature from Château Le Puy, a renowned pioneering biodynamic estate in the Bordeaux region. Made from 100% Merlot, this wine is obtained by saignée from a fermenting tank, a gentle method that gives birth to a delicate cuvée, somewhere between a very light red and a deep rosé.
Vinification is done without inputs or exogenous yeasts, in old barrels that have already seen several wines. No added sulfur. After fermentation, the wine is dynamized for 6 to 8 months, according to biodynamic principles, before being bottled without filtration. The estate is Demeter certified, so each step is carried out with great sensitivity to living organisms and the wine's natural balance.
With a clear to very clear ruby color, almost translucent depending on the vintage, Rose-Marie charms from the first glance. The nose is extremely delicate: fresh red fruits, white and pale flowers, like peony, bring a sensation of lightness and rare elegance. On the palate, the texture is fluid, airy, with a discreet, barely perceptible tannic presence that supports the whole without hardening it.
A unique, subtle wine that pairs wonderfully with vegetarian cuisine, grilled fish, refined appetizers, or even certain fresh cheeses. Serve slightly chilled, it is a precious bottle, both pure and vibrant, that is savored for its sincerity and finesse.
Les Hirondelles Red 2023
Terroir, plot size and grape varieties
Born under the sign of renewal, Les Hirondelles 2023 is a vintage that captures the essence of a free, joyful, and vibrant Gamay. While its Vin de France label proudly displays the colors of the Rhône Valley, its soul is firmly rooted in the granite soils and rolling hills of Beaujolais. This distinctive terroir, where the vines take deep root in living soils, gives the Gamay all its fruity freshness, finesse, and straightforwardness. A single grape variety, a single intention: to express the purity of the grape and the energy of the place.
Cultivation methods
The Alonso Tribe, a passionate collective free from traditional constraints, cultivates its vines with a philosophy deeply respectful of life. Their approach is sincere, intuitive, and connected to the rhythm of the seasons. The vines are lovingly tended by hand, without synthetic inputs, in a spirit of care and attentiveness to the plant. In the cellar, the same minimalist approach prevails: "Les Hirondelles" is a 100% free-run juice cuvée, born solely from the natural flow of the grapes, without pressing. This radical choice results in a remarkably fluid wine, where each sip seems to flow effortlessly, with the elegance of an unconstrained wine.
Tasting & pairings
On the nose, Les Hirondelles evokes a basket of freshly picked red berries. Juicy cherry immediately takes center stage, followed by notes of kirsch, a touch of violet, and a hint of white pepper. The palate, lively and fluid, unfolds a structured yet supple texture, supported by fine tannins and a beautiful tension. This is a red wine that dances rather than weighs down, a wine of movement and spontaneity.
Served slightly chilled, it pairs wonderfully with a platter of fine charcuterie, roasted vegetables with thyme, or even a dish of ravioli with porcini mushrooms. It will also be a hit as an aperitif, when you want to start the evening with a red wine that's engaging yet discreet. At only 12% ABV, it's remarkably easy to drink, making you want to come back for more.
La vi y sone White 2011
This Viognier comes from a plot planted at an altitude of 1,300 meters on schist and clay soils. The harvest ferments in stainless steel vats and is aged in old barrels.

Beaujolais Lancié, Red 2021
Domaine Bélicard
With this cuvée under the Beaujolais Villages appellation, Domaine Bélicard celebrates the purest and most direct expression of Gamay. Made from organically farmed vines on the granite terroir of Lancié, this still red wine is a fruit bomb, an ode to freshness and deliciousness, to be enjoyed without delay.
A natural wine that gets straight to the point
The hand-harvested grapes are vinified whole cluster, respecting natural practices: short maceration of a few days, spontaneous fermentation thanks to indigenous yeasts, no enological inputs. The brief aging (one month) in concrete vats aims to preserve the aromatic brilliance and natural tension of the Gamay. No disguise, no heaviness: just fruit and honesty.
A juicy and expressive red
Upon opening, the nose imposes itself with a palette of crunchy red fruits: cherry, raspberry, pomegranate, with a small note of kirsch that adds a gourmet accent. On the palate, the texture is fluid, smooth, and highly drinkable. It's a striking wine, with a slightly peppery, fresh, and thirst-quenching finish.
The friend of good times
Served at 14–16 °C, Beaujolais Lancié 2021 will accompany friendly aperitifs, charcuterie platters, savory tarts, or grilled poultry. Its frankness makes it an excellent everyday companion. It can be kept for 3 to 5 years, but everything will push you to drink it young, as it sparkles with energy.
Camille Rouge 2022
Jean-Pierre Robinot
With Camille 2022, Jean-Pierre Robinot crafts one of his most profound and elegant cuvées. This natural red wine, made from Pineau d'Aunis grown on flint soils, perfectly embodies the winemaker's touch: a free, inspired, unadorned approach that allows the terroir and grape variety to express themselves without filter. Here, there is no official label, but a rigorous approach: soil work without chemicals, winemaking without exogenous yeasts or enological additives, and a long, patient aging process.
Maceration, which can last from 1 to 8 months depending on the expression of each vintage and each plot, gives this cuvée remarkable aromatic intensity and an extraordinary texture. The 2-year aging in old barrels enhances the whole, bringing patina and depth without ever masking the fruit.
The captivating nose combines ripe red and black fruits, sweet spices, peppery notes, herbaceous touches, and a hint of fine caramel that evokes the slow evolution in the barrel. On the palate, the wine surprises with its tactile lightness, almost airy, despite its concentration. The tannins are melted, the structure is straight, and the finish lingers, with a mineral vibration marked by flint.
Camille is a gastronomic wine par excellence, to be paired with grilled red meats, spiced dishes, or even roasted game. It can be enjoyed today after decanting, but will gain even more complexity over 10 years and beyond. Served at around 14 to 16°C, it will reveal all the poetry of a great Pineau d'Aunis aged with patience and precision.
Vertige
Distillerie Sentema
Vertige is a remarkable creation by Distillerie Sentema, nestled in the heights of the Alpes-Maritimes, between sky, garrigue, and sea. This spirit, akin to a gin in spirit but unique in its base, is crafted from wine brandy rather than neutral alcohol, which gives it a rare aromatic depth and true personality.
Everything here is conceived in harmony with nature: certified organic, Vertige highlights carefully selected local botanicals: wild juniper berries, Menton IGP lemon peels, fragrant verbena, coriander seeds, and angelica roots. These plants are macerated for two weeks before distillation to extract essential oils without altering the balance of aromas.
The nose is astonishingly pure, blending the zesty notes of lemon, the citrusy and vegetal freshness of verbena, and the resinous signature of juniper. On the palate, the attack is silky and lively, with a soft yet precise structure, and a finish that lingers on citrus and dried herb notes, with a beautiful tension.
More than just a gin, Vertige is a refined expression of the Provençal terroir, combining floral elegance, subtle bitterness, and vegetal freshness. It can be enjoyed neat over ice, or in a high-end cocktail, where it will brilliantly replace a London Dry with a sunny and local personality.
