Les Larmes du Soleil Red 2020
Terroir, plot size and grape varieties
Born in the heart of Beaujolais, but labeled a Vin de France, "Les Larmes de Damas 2020" is a singular Pinot Noir, with understated charm and a fiercely independent character. Cultivated off the beaten path, this wine draws its finesse and structure from the vibrant soils of the Rhône Valley, where the terroir, though not defined by an appellation, speaks with genuine sincerity. Here, the soils express themselves without artifice, offering Pinot Noir a delicate canvas for expression, full of tension and subtlety.
Cultivation methods
Tribu Alonso is above all a philosophy of respect and patience. Without a label, but with a deep commitment to life, the estate cultivates its vines with artisanal care, far removed from industrial standards. The vinification of this cuvée reflects this: a "Jura-style maceration" where half juice and half stems, without the stalks, are left to infuse for three months. A gentle and slow method, like a whisper addressed to the fruit, which emerges pure, vibrant, and delicately peppery.
Tasting & pairings
In the glass, "Les Larmes de Damas" reveals itself with quiet modesty. Its pale red color hints at its delicate texture. The nose evokes faded rose, crushed morello cherry, and a subtle note of white pepper that tantalizes the senses. On the palate, the wine glides with elegance, carried by a crystalline freshness and a caressing suppleness. No pretense, just touching sincerity, a simple yet lingering emotion.
This delicate red wine calls for dishes of equal quality: light, subtle cuisine that doesn't seek to overpower. Ideal as an aperitif, with a platter of fine charcuterie, a beetroot carpaccio with herbs, or a mature soft cheese. "Les Larmes de Damas" also complements a moment of silence, a gentle conversation, or the soft light of late afternoon.
A free, meditative wine that reconciles fruit, time, and the hand of man in a discreet yet profound harmony.

La Tribu Alonso
A vibrant, hybrid, and bold red, born from the granite terroir of Beaujolais
The Art Brut 2023, produced by La Tribu Alonso, is an atypical and captivating cuvée. This red wine is distinguished by its exceptional ampelographic diversity, bringing together a mosaic of grape varieties, including Cabernet Sauvignon, Garnacha, and Syrah, enriched with a touch of white grapes. The delicate and melted tannins highlight flavors of ripe red fruits and spicy notes that persist in a long and harmonious finish.
Rich and varied pairings

La Grande Journée White 2022
La Grande Journée, by Jean-Yves Péron, is an organic, biodynamic, and natural maceration white wine made in Savoie. Classified as a Vin de France, it is made from 100% Altesse grapes. Unfiltered, unfined, and no sulfites added.
Vinification
The Altesse grapes, grown on mica schist terraces near Albertville, are harvested at the most ripeness possible. They then undergo two weeks of carbonic maceration and two months of punching down in vats. After devatting, the wine is aged for at least a year in 300-liter barrels.
Tasting
La Grande Journée is a magnificent polyphonic maceration white, a distinguished orange structured in layers. It evokes white fruits, flowers, with a spicy and mineral dimension. Beautiful controlled oxidation that will enhance Alpine cheeses, or white meats or roasted poultry, stuffed or not.
Learn more about Jean-Yves Péron
Jean-Yves Péron talentedly embodies the organic, biodynamic and natural renaissance of the Savoyard vineyard, which is based on varied soils and many indigenous grape varieties (Jacquère, Altesse, Mondeuse, etc.). At his Chevaline winery in the Bauges region, he vinifies grapes from his plots in Conflans, near Albertville, and Fréterive, in the Isère valley.
High-altitude biodynamics
Jean-Yves Péron's work follows the principles of minimal intervention. On narrow, steep slopes, his hand-worked mountain vines in micro-plots receive no synthetic products, Jean-Yves preferring horsetail and nettle manure. All of Jean-Yves Péron's wines are sulfite-free, made from hand-harvested grapes, vinified in whole bunches and foot-trodden in the vat. For all vintages, the free-run and press are blended, then aged on lees for at least one year, in two- or three-wine barrels, amphorae or tuns, before final blending. They must be stored at a temperature below 18°C. No sulfites are added, or as little as possible, and the wines are not fined or filtered.
Italo-Savoyard trade
Since 2011, a trading activity has allowed Jean-Yves Péron to buy the harvest from neighboring organic winegrowers and to collaborate with winegrowers from Northern Italy: this is the I Vicini series, which allows him to diversify the terroirs and deepen his experiences in winemaking and aging.
Champ Levat Red 022
Champ Levat is an organic, biodynamic, and natural red wine from Savoie produced by Jean-Yves Péron using Mondeuse grapes. This vintage, vinified without additives, is classified as a Vin de France.
Vinification
Champ Levat comes from two plots: mica schist in Albertville (the Pas de l'Ours plot) and limestone scree in Fréterive (the Côté pelée plot). The former gives a mineral and floral accent, and the latter favors a rustic side. The harvest, entirely manual, is vatted in whole bunches and undergoes two weeks of carbonic maceration. Aged for one year in barrels used for several wines (between three and ten years old), the wood of which does not overpower the fruitiness of the wine. No filtration, fining, or addition of sulfites.
Tasting
In Champ Lervat, two terroirs balance each other. This is a tender and balanced red wine, taut and straightforward, with a peppery note and plenty of spice. On the palate, it offers a profusion of fresh and intense fruit and balsamic notes. Pleasant, fresh, and dense on the palate. The tannins are well-integrated and the finish is long. This 100% Mondeuse can be kept for a long time, and will pair very well with cured meats and all mountain cuisine.

Here, it undergoes two weeks of carbonic maceration and spends a year in 34-hectoliter tuns. No fining, no filtration, and no addition of sulfites.
Tasting

Syrah Jamais Malade Red 2021,

Jamais Malade is made from Syrah grapes grown on a plot of loess and granite, facing northeast, with hand-harvested grapes. Maceration is semi-carbonic, in wooden and stainless steel vats. La Ferme de l’Arbre is a small four and a half hectare wine estate located on the right bank of the Rhône, on the Ardèche side, in Tournon-sur-Rhône (near Tain-l’Hermitage). Run for twenty-five years by Christian Lericq and Colette Barrier, it has had its current name since 2021, the year it was expanded. It is mainly located on granite soils with a loess plot. Entirely devoted to natural wine, obtained through organic and biodynamic farming, it currently produces Syrah red wines under the Saint-Joseph and Vin de France appellations. The estate also has a small apiary and produces honey. The vines are tended with herbal teas and nettle manure, and the soil is nourished with compost and manure. The wines are harvested entirely by hand, vatted in whole bunches. Vinification takes place at room temperature and the wines are neither filtered nor fined. The wines are authentic Syrahs from the Rhône Valley, simple and delicious, joyful, convivial and fruity.
Les Oeillets White 2021
Les Œillets is a dry white maceration wine harvested and vinified in Savoie by Jean-Yves Péron. Organic, biodynamic and natural, this is a 100% Jacquère white wine whose vines grow on clay-limestone soil, in the place called Les Marches, at the foot of Mont Granier.
Vinification
It is roughly the same terroir as that of La Petite Robe, harvested later to obtain greater phenolic maturity and a higher tannic concentration. Carbonic maceration for four or five days is followed by ten days of punching down in vats. At least one year of aging in 225-liter barrels. Neither fined, nor filtered, nor sulfited.
Tasting
Superbly structured, Les Œillets has chew, texture, a tannic mouthfeel and a note of controlled oxidation. The tension is strong, balanced by a note of apricot. Woody, with explosive minerality and beautiful tension, it is an atypical white, with powerful aromatic notes. Lots of fruit and candied citrus. With this, you can enjoy a good Bigorre black ham, unless a smoked salmon presents itself. Or, the best of the best, treat yourself: an exceptional beef ham from Maison Aitana, made from wagyu or black angus.

Munjebel VA Red 2020
Cornelissen
Made from pure Sicilian Nerello Mascalese (PDO/DOP Etna Rosso and PGI Terre Siciliane Nerello Mascalese appellations), Munjebel VA is an organic (Eurofeuille), biodynamic, and natural red wine produced by Frank Cornelissen. It is a blend of the estate's three highest vineyards (Vigne Alte), rich in biodiversity: Tartaraci (1,000 m above sea level), Rampante Soprana (870 m), and Barbabecchi (910 m). The soils are basaltic and the ungrafted vines are on average 90 years old.
Vinification
The Nerello Mascalese grapes are destemmed and lightly crushed before a 50-day fermentation-maceration on the skins. The wine is aged for 18 months in vats and 18 months in bottle. No fining, light filtration.
Tasting
Munjebel VA is the estate's most Burgundian vintage, with the most pronounced acidity. Balanced, structured, gastronomic, and easy to drink, it offers plenty of crisp fruit, without ever being too easy. This wine magnificently expresses the excellence and precision of the old, ungrafted Nerello Mascalese vines located on the high terraces of Etna's northern valley. At the table, it goes with everything, and especially with a good roast poultry, to be chosen from the Ferme du Vidalies or the Collectif de la Noire d’Astarac-Bigorre.
Learn more about Frank Cornelissen
A key and universally respected figure in natural, organic and biodynamic wine, the Belgian Frank Cornelissen, a winemaker conquered by Sicily, is a classic. This man of constant questioning lives in human and cosmic resonance with his terroir: he has demonstrated that the powerful minerality of a great volcanic soil could be highlighted by the naturalness of his wines.
An ideal terroir for plot-by-plot vinification
In Passopisciaro, Sicily, in the north of the Etna valley, the 19 plots cover 24 hectares of basalt soils spread over numerous localities (contrade) between 600 and 900 meters above sea level on the side of the volcano. It is, says Frank Cornelissen, the "Night Coast of Sicily". Frank Cornelissen's contrade are all cultivated biodynamically and vinified separately: he decides on the blends based on the quality of each.
The nobility of Nerello Mascalese
Nerello Mascalese is the dominant variety and alone makes up the greatest vintages. This traditional red grape variety from the northern Etna valley produces hypermineral wines due to its long growing cycle. Other grape varieties in the azienda: Nerello Capuccio, Minella Bianco, Minella Nera, Alicante Bouschet, Malvasia, Catarratto, Moscadella, Grecanico Dorato, Carricante…

This captivating wine promises to improve for a long time (aging potential of around ten years). The small clay-limestone plot of Monts-Luisants is located above the village of Morey-Saint-Denis. Through his entirely natural work, Frédéric Cossard gives voice to the terroirs and Burgundy wines, undeformed by agricultural chemicals. Having observed, during his years of trading, the existence of harmful viticultural practices, the winemaker used this counter-example to practice unadulterated viticulture. Thus, he produces vintages of purity and elegance without artifice that are among the most sought-after in Burgundy. Frédéric worked for some time as a wine broker before creating the Chassorney estate with his partner Laure in 1996: initially a few ares of vines in Saint-Romain, Auxey-Duresses and Savigny-lès-Beaune, and currently ten hectares spread across the Nuits-Saint-Georges, Pommard, Volnay, Bourgogne-Hautes-Côtes-de-Beaune and Bourgogne appellations. In 2006, he created his own wine trading house and buys organic grapes to vinify, according to his style and convictions, great vintages such as Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet, Chassagne-Montrachet, Pommard, Nuits-Saint-Georges, Chambolle-Musigny, Vosne-Romanée and several Beaujolais crus. The practice is not limited to Burgundy, as vintages are made from grapes purchased in the Jura, Languedoc, and elsewhere. At his farm, the soil and vines are worked as naturally as possible: regular horse-drawn ploughing, no addition of chemical fertilizers or weedkillers. The vines are tended according to biodynamic principles: homeopathic treatments based on essential oils, copper, and sulfur in minimal doses. The harvest is entirely manual, carried out at full maturity, at the end of October. Red or white, classic Burgundies or more atypical or less "regional" bottles, Frédéric's vintages are rare and sought-after wines, which sometimes require waiting.

Aging is brief, in stainless steel vats. A summer rosé, without hesitation, but also for all year round, with Asian or Middle Eastern cuisines, or even red fruits.

Red or white, classic Burgundies or more atypical or less "regional" bottles, Frédéric's vintages are rare and sought-after wines, which sometimes require waiting.
Weingarten Blanc 2024
Domaine Einhart
Under the guidance of Domaine Einhart in Alsace, the Weingarten cuvée embodies the delicacy of a Sylvaner expertly crafted on a clay-limestone terroir. Vinified with certified organic methods and without oenological artifice, this natural white wine expresses a beautiful purity of fruit, balanced by a fresh and direct structure. Here, the humblest grape variety flourishes fully on the most generous soils.
The winemaking process involves a pre-fermentation cold maceration (12 to 14 °C) for 24 hours, promoting aromatic expression without extracting undesirable tannic compounds. The subsequent direct pressing produces a clear and delicate juice, which is then aged in stainless steel tanks for 10 months, preserving all the wine's vibrancy. The estate relies on spontaneous fermentation using indigenous yeasts, in full respect of the grape and its ecosystem.
Upon tasting, Weingarten 2024 reveals a pale color with green reflections. The nose is vibrant: white flowers, herbaceous notes, and a hint of exotic fruits. On the palate, it is elegance itself: a full body yet always held by a vertical freshness. A slight, well-controlled bitterness on the finish prolongs the pleasure and makes you want more.
Ideal as an aperitif, this wine also lends itself to more daring pairings: Thai cuisine, spicy dishes, seafood, or tender-fleshed poultry. An expressive, versatile, and honest cuvée, to be enjoyed now or cellared for a few years.
