Liqueur de Folle Noire 2014, Laurent Cazottes
Distillerie Cazottes
This delicious amber-red liqueur is made from fresh grapes and brandy from the same grape variety: Folle Noire, typical of the Gaillac region. Round and fruity, it is reminiscent of the best Cartagenes fortés from Roussillon, with its supple, well-melted grape skin tannins and aromas of fresh fruit and candied plum. Try it with a well-made Roquefort cheese or a fromage blanc and strawberry dessert. Alcohol content: 18%.
Orange Blanc 2020,
Château Lafitte
This Orange cuvée, with its spectacular old gold color and supple, enchanting tannins, is made from 100% Petit Manseng, the emblematic Jurançon grape variety. It is harvested by hand during the second half of September. Both the viticulture and the vinification process are carried out without the addition of chemical additives or sulfites. Orange is macerated for three weeks in terracotta jars, which gives it its beautiful tawny color, powerful nose, and supple, melting tannins. A true treasure to cellar for up to ten years (if you can manage that). The possibilities for almost infinite flavor pairings are endless (everything goes with it, including the most unlikely ingredients). A dense and powerful orange, of astonishing complexity, which at the same time does not forget to be fine and caressing.

Château Lafitte is located in Béarn, on the noble terroir of Jurançon, the origin of superb sweet wines and dry wines that have nothing to envy them. Since the 14th century, Monein, the commune where the estate is located, has been nestled in an exceptional natural, rich and hilly environment. In the 16th century, vines already occupied a significant part of the property, and they have persisted to the present day. Philippe and Brigitte Arraou, the current owners, have undertaken to revive viticulture on the site, helped since 2012 by their son Antoine, a winemaker as passionate as his parents. Château Lafitte is now managed biodynamically and with agroforestry: five hectares of marl-limestone soils typical of the appellation, on a hilly terrain that can become very cold in winter. The king grape varieties of Jurançon, Petit Manseng and Gros Manseng, represent the majority of the grape varieties. Also typical of Jurançon and the Pyrénées-Atlantiques in general, viticulture en hautains, that is to say raised and trained very high, is practiced. As it was in many primitive vineyards, some of which are still active (Portugal, Spain, Georgia, etc.). On this beautiful estate, winemaking experiments are legion: aging in terracotta jars for dry wines, solera for sweet wines in untopped barrels, photovoltaic roofs for the cellar, rainwater harvesting, gravity-fed vinification. Château Lafitte produces sweet Jurançons as well as still dry wines and a very successful natural sparkling wine, Funambule.
Pécharmant Rouge 2018,
Domaine Le Barouillet
Pécharmant is the emblematic red wine of Bergerac, already drunk in the time of Cyrano and long before. Produced from clay-siliceous soils, it typically offers a dense, fruity profile, with notes of pepper and blackcurrant. Here, we have 60% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 20% Cabernet Franc, a traditional blend for the appellation. Vinification begins with a gentle whole-bunch maceration for twenty to thirty days. Half of the wine is aged in old oak barrels, the other half in stainless steel vats. After twelve months, the final blend is made, after which the wine is left undisturbed all winter in concrete vats. Bottling is done without fining or filtration. Everything is done to keep this wine supple and round in tannins, as well as its freshness. It is a textured, versatile wine. Serve at 17-18 °C.
Pairs with: Strong cheeses, Game birds, Game animals, Red meats, Roasted meats, Desserts, Grilled meats

Coruna del Conde
Julien López's I'm Natural, Don't Panic range consists of macerated wines. Meyer Lemon Liqueur Spirit 50cl
With this Meyer Lemon Liqueur, Lemon Story highlights a unique, often overlooked citrus fruit, distinguished by its aromatic profile at the crossroads of lemon, orange, and pomelo. Sourced from their Mediterranean plantation, Meyer lemons are harvested at perfect ripeness and then processed immediately to preserve the full delicacy of their aromas.
True to the house's artisanal approach, each fruit is used precisely to express its full aromatic palette. The peels release delicate essential oils while the pulp provides natural sweetness and a rounder acidity than that of a classic lemon. Each batch thus reveals a unique personality, reflecting the living and the fruit.
To the eye, the color is adorned with a luminous hue with golden reflections, evoking the fruit's ripeness. The nose opens with candied citrus notes, blending sweet orange, lemon zest, and a hint of pomelo. Spicy and slightly herbaceous nuances enrich the whole, bringing complexity and elegance.
On the palate, the attack is supple, carried by a delicate and perfectly integrated acidity. The texture is round, almost caressing, supported by a persistent aromatic framework. The balance is remarkable, without excessive sugar or alcoholic sensation, allowing a natural freshness to express itself. The absence of artificial coloring and flavors guarantees a pure and sincere expression of the fruit.
Served chilled, it can be enjoyed as an aperitif or with dessert. In cocktails, it pairs perfectly with Prosecco or Champagne for a refined and aromatic experience. In cooking, it adds an elegant touch to a rum baba, tiramisu, or lemon sorbet.
A delicate and expressive liqueur, revealing all the nobility of the Meyer lemon.
Gamay Rouge 2020,
Domaine de l'Octavin
Nice acidity, lovely minerality, plenty of aroma, and a suppleness that asserts itself in the glass. Whichever way you look at it, this Gamay is very Gamay: fruity, juicy, with pleasant notes of raspberry, blackberry, licorice, and cherry. Mayga Gamay also offers a slight sparkle that awakens the dead. The grapes come from Pierre Boyat's estate in Leynes, Beaujolais, and macerate for twenty days in whole bunches.

"You don't need anything," says Alice Bouvot, winemaker at Domaine de l'Octavin, "just a grape that feels good in its skin." Everything is said in favor of natural wine; it's a perfect description. Established in 2005, Domaine d'Alice is located in Arbois, in the Jura wine region, often described as the most organic vineyard in France. The practice of producing – among other things – oxidative wines is a good preparation for nature, as this type of wine does not allow any chemical additives and especially no sulfites. It is a secret of this magnificent region. Originally spread over two hectares, the estate, managed entirely biodynamically (Demeter) since 2010, has expanded through the gradual acquisition of plots and now covers seven hectares. An accomplished musician and passionate music lover, Alice aims to apply her musical sensitivity to the wines she makes. She draws a parallel between the technical perfection of conventional wines, which risks excluding feeling, while "a musician who does not know music theory and plays with his guts creates emotion." For her, living wine is like this: instinctive, improvised, emotional. Introduced to natural wine by Stéphane Planche, sommelier at chef Jean-Paul Jeunet in Arbois, she faithfully followed this path. The sometimes whimsical names of her vintages are inspired sometimes by musical art (Dorabella, Zerline), sometimes by the numerous plots of land that make up her vineyard (En Curon, Les Corvées, En Poussot, etc.), and do not disdain a pun from time to time. Likewise, the labels adorned with happy and salacious little gnomes are a signature of the estate. As for the grape varieties, they are the classics of the Jura: Poulsard, Trousseau, Pinot Noir for the reds, and Chardonnay, Savagnin for the whites. Alongside her Arbois wines, Alice has created a business selling "on the vine" grapes (Ecocert certified) with her winegrower friends in the region. Natural, committed, joyful and highly drinkable, Alice Bouvot's wines are all the more sought-after as the vintages, produced in plot-by-plot mode, appear, disappear and reappear depending on the vintage and inspiration.
Antenet Cahors Rouge 1998
Danis dans la Vigne
A cellar gem, between family heritage and the depth of time
Here is a rare, almost confidential wine, which tells a story even before it is opened. Antenet 1998 is a unique cuvée, vinified more than twenty-five years ago by Danis's father, the current winemaker of the Danis dans la Vigne estate. This Cahors from another era, made from 100% Malbec, was crafted with respect for tradition and with a philosophy already very close to natural winemaking: short maceration, aging in concrete vats for two years, no oenological "makeup."
The typical clay-limestone soil of the Cahors vineyard produces an excellent keeping wine, with tannins polished by time and incredibly rich aromatics. At only 12% alcohol, it defies modern standards with its balance, freshness, and exceptional longevity.
A deep, aged, memory-filled wine
After more than two decades of rest, Antenet 1998 reveals a brick-red garnet color, with brown reflections. The complex and captivating nose unveils aromas of stewed black fruits, prune, blond tobacco, with a hint of undergrowth. On the palate, the texture is melted, ample, with a rare smoothness. This wine evokes a bygone era, yet remains strikingly delicious, perfect with roasted meats, game, or a dish rich in umami.
Served at 16-18°C, with no need for decanting, this wine is ready to be enjoyed. It is a liquid archive, a family treasure, to be discovered like reading a letter from the past.
Vin paillé Red 2012
Marie and Vincent Tricot
Marie and Vincent Tricot's Vin de paille is undoubtedly a curiosity: it's a sweet wine made from 100% Auvergne Gamay, entirely organic and natural, made like a Vin de paille from the Jura. The harvest is dried on straw in an attic before pressing. We're not used to Gamay vinified this way, or even red wine vinified this way.
It's an experiment, but the result more than justifies the boldness. Drying on straw concentrates the sugar in the grape berries and accentuates the flavors. Only a drop remains in each berry, but what a drop! Sweet, caressing, syrupy, complex, this Vin de paille is a delight. Its color is not a pure red but an amber, and the nose is a veritable basket of slightly jammy fruits: plum, prune, raisins, strawberry. It is possible that a refermentation takes place in the bottle, which can give a sparkling attack to this wine, but it disappears quickly. On the palate, a delicious sweetness, lots of strawberry and pleasantness. Very easy to drink.
To find out more
Among the generation of Auvergne winemakers who, at the dawn of the 21st century, are resurrecting the vineyards of this beautiful volcanic province of the Massif Central in organic and natural ways, Marie and Vincent Tricot are pioneers, and their name is well known to those who have long loved natural wine. After a varied winegrowing journey that took them from Beaujolais to Chile and from Chile to Costières-de-Nîmes, they landed in Auvergne, at the foot of the Puy de Dôme, in the commune of Orcet where they took over Claude Prugnard's vineyard, a land that had not seen the slightest chemical input for around thirty years. The estate is located on a hillside, on the left bank of the Allier, in a volcanic clay-limestone area neighboring the vineyards of Châteaugay, Chanturgue and Corent. They acquired it in 2003 and, since then, have been making wines from Auvergne Gamay, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, with a little Sauvignon Blanc and Muscat. These rare and sought-after wines are mainly sold directly. They have a straight and flamboyant profile, and express themselves with as much character as simplicity.
Unatantum Liquoreux Red Still 2009
This sweet red is 100% aleatico, grown on the volcanic soils of the Azienda Le Coste estate. The grapes are air-dried for a month, hung in whole bunches from wires, and the wine is slowly fermented for three years. This produces a wine that is sweet without being syrupy, and wonderfully complex.
Natural wine with no added sulfites.
Iris Blanc 2022
Jean-Pierre Robinot
The evidence of time and life
A unique winemaker, Jean-Pierre Robinot crafts his wines as one writes a poem: with attention, patience, and intuition. He produces deep, vibrant Chenin wines, always without additives or added sulfur. His slow approach to winemaking, combined with an understanding of the wine's natural rhythm, gives birth to powerful and nuanced cuvées.
Iris, between density and brilliance
This 2022 vintage comes from vines grown on clay-limestone soils, in a climate conducive to maturity. The grapes, pressed directly, are then aged for one year in multi-use barrels, allowing for slow and subtle oxygenation, without marked woody notes. The result is a balanced wine, concentrated yet precise.
A complex and luminous Chenin
On the nose, one is struck by its intensity: white flowers, dry honey, exotic fruits like pineapple or mango, all supported by a mineral touch. On the palate, the wine impresses with its richness, its ample, almost velvety texture, and its salivating finish with notes of warm stone. Iris combines maturity, energy, and elegance.
Pairings & serving: gastronomic nobility
Perfect with roasted fish, aged soft cheeses, or white meats in sauce. Serve between 10 and 12°C, without decanting. This great natural wine can be enjoyed now or cellared for over 10 years, to evolve towards more tertiary and saline complexity.
Lulu Rouge 2022
Patrick Bouju
Lulu is a highly sought-after cuvée from Patrick Bouju, an Auvergne winemaker deeply attached to his terroir and his old Gamay d'Auvergne vines. An organic, natural red wine with no added sulfites, it is one of its creator's most iconic and sought-after vintages. Classified as a Vin de France.
Vinification
Lulu comes from a basalt plot in Corent, planted with very old Gamay d'Auvergne vines over seventy years old. The soil is worked biodynamically and with animal traction on a basalt terroir. The destemmed harvest macerates for five months in whole bunches. The aging is one year in sandstone amphora.
Tasting
Lulu is at once distinguished, complex, charming and easy to drink. The fruit, round, opulent and slightly candied (blackberry, morello cherry), gives way on the palate to a lively, slightly saline minerality, with just the right touch of astringency and spice. It is a gourmet and velvety cuvée, with animal and spicy notes, where the red fruits are generously manifest. Decanting recommended. Food pairing: anything good goes with a good wine. Grills, pounti, Auvergne cuisine, red meats, charcuterie…
Learn more about Patrick Bouju and the La Bohème estate
Near Billom, the Auvergne Tuscany, once covered in vines, is the privileged domain of Gamay d'Auvergne, an ancient strain of the grape variety. It is here, on these volcanic soils, that Patrick Bouju works, mainly with old vines.
Viticulture and trade
Patrick breathes new life into the often abandoned terroirs of Puy-de-Dôme and its indigenous grape varieties. Under the La Bohème estate, he operates as a wine merchant using purchased organic grapes. His exclusive Culinaries partnerships are famous: with Action Bronson for the series A la Natural, with Jason Ligas in Greece for Sous le Végétal…
A winemaker who lends a helping hand
The current renaissance of the Auvergne vineyard (which was once the third largest in France) owes a lot to Patrick. The fact that he likes to lend a hand to his winemaker friends in France and elsewhere only confirms his image as a role model, a leader. Its noble, chiseled, distinguished, never trivial wines are immediately recognizable in the glass.
