Syrah and Cinsault, aged on schist soils in Vieussan, are blended directly after the harvest and macerated whole bunches for ninety days. Aging takes place in old barrels for ten months. Its floral and slightly spicy aromas will pair well with roasted meat, such as lamb with herbs. This wine has a aging potential of twenty years.
