Émilie for… Émilie, Tom for Tom Colman of the Jauma estate in Australia, who helped the winemaker create this beautiful, clear, vermillion red, a blend of Cartoixa Vermell and Garrut. The Cartoixa is directly pressed before being blended with Garrut, vinified using carbonic maceration. The result is bursting with fruit and freshness.
