Magnum Entre Cœurs Red 2011

Domaine Leonine

This 100% Grenache red comes from schist terroirs located in Port-Vendres, by the sea, near Collioure. The harvest undergoes a fifteen-day carbonic maceration, in 10 hectoliter vats, without punching down or pumping over. After pressing, aging is nine months in 300 and 400 liter barrels, with racking and bottling by gravity without added sulfur.
Natural wine without added sulfites.

Magnum CX Blanc 2018, Partida Creus
This rarity is a still dry white wine made from Cartoixà Vermell (another identity of Xarel·lo Rosado, a traditional rosé grape variety) that explodes with freshness and extremely rich aromatic notes: white peach, rhubarb, strawberry and even papaya. A slight appetizing bitterness for this absolutely delicious wine that will perform equally well on its own and at the table. It pairs well with grilled sausages, the finest dry-cured hams, white meats and raw fish.

La Familia Red 2010

Barranco Oscuro

A wine for laying down. High-altitude Merlot, high acidity.
La Familia is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Syrah, one of the 800 vines planted by the Carmenet family between 1991 and 1998 by the winemakers at an altitude of 1,300 meters on schist and clay soils. The destemmed harvest macerates in stainless steel vats with manual punching. Aging in old barrels lasts approximately twenty-four months.
