Why the king? Because it's Riesling, the king of grape varieties, grown biodynamically in Alsace (Philippe Brand estate) on clay-limestone soils. Even better: it's a Riesling macerated for fifteen days in whole bunches to capture all the power of the grape. For fine dinners, refined dishes, and delicate gastronomy.
