SUNDAYS AT THE YARD ARE FOR NATURAL WINE TASTING

Every Sunday, for 1h30, Enzo and his sommelier team will present 4 to 5 carefully selected vintages. You will discover the stories behind the wines, the terroirs and the winemakers who created them. The sommeliers are experts in their field and will share their knowledge and love for natural wines.

This Sunday, we offer a tasting of white, red, and sparkling wines, all marked by a beautiful freshness. From light bubbles to taut whites, including fruity and thirst-quenching reds, these wines are made for summer. Their aromas of citrus, fresh fruit, and flowers are accompanied by a mineral touch and lively acidity. Simple, straightforward wines that are a pleasure to drink, without pretension. A great opportunity to discover vintages that combine freshness and character.

WINEGROWERS OF THE DAY

ESTATE BOIS-MOISSET
A mixed-crop wine farm in the heart of the Gaillac region. Its natural wines made from local grape varieties are distinguished by their freshness and beautiful expression of the soil.

CHÂTEAU FRÉDIGNAC
In the Blaye-Côtes-de-Bordeaux appellation and in the village of Saint-Martin-Lacaussade, Château Frédignac is a century-old winery run using organic farming (Nature & Progrès). It produces organic wines and some natural cuvées.

DE VINI – CHRISTOPHE BOSQUE
Christophe Bosque is a man of many facets: importer, merchant, wine merchant, and winemaker on his land in Gorges, in Loire-Atlantique, where he vinifies Burgundy melons on gabbro and granite terroirs. He also buys grapes in Languedoc, the Rhône and the South-West.

FOND CYPRÈS
On the stony terroir of the Corbières, Laetitia and Rodolphe make pleasurable, entirely natural wines from old Carignan and Grenache grapes and southern grape varieties planted by hand.
