And every week, the theme adapts to the season, the weather... or current events! 🍷 On the program, a 1.5-hour tasting awaits you, featuring 4 to 5 vintages scrupulously selected by YARD's head sommelier, Enzo Viola. Most of the time, he's the one who leads this lovely moment of sharing and conviviality on Sunday afternoon: he explains the vintages in the spotlight, of course, but also the terroirs behind each vintage, the history of the estate and the winemaker, and adds a few anecdotes! An all-terrain sommelier, capable of adapting to amateurs and wine professionals alike, in French and English! 🍇 Sometimes, Enzo has fun with the choice of themes: a PSG fan, this weekend, he decided to release 4 wines from great winemakers, emblematic of the YARD cellar and the world of natural wine in general, to celebrate the victory (fingers crossed!). He's keeping the choice of vintages a surprise, but we can reveal the winemakers: Jean-Yves Péron, Jean-Pierre Robinot, Patrick Bouju and Alberto Lopez Calvo. All the best of natural wine!
