From the Vigne Alte, the highest plots on the estate, this white is harvested between 900 and 1,000 meters above sea level on ungrafted vines. It is composed of Grecanico Dorato (60%), Carricante (10%) and Coda di Volpe (30%). Depth, density, acidity, minerality and texture: a white wine of supreme elegance, to be paired with the most refined seafood.
