ET Emilie Tom 2019 Red, Emilie Mutombo
Light as a feather, the ET cuvée by Émilie Mutombo is a blend of the ancient grape varieties Cartoixa Vermeil, Ull de Llebre and Parellada grown on clay-limestone plots. Part of the harvest is directly pressed, the rest is macerated for two weeks in whole bunches. The wine is aged in stainless steel vats for around six months. On the palate, an explosion of red fruits and lots of freshness.
