Aging in qvevri (buried terracotta jars) allows the aromas of this magnificent Morey-Saint-Denis to flourish: fruit and minerality characterize this wine. The vines are around sixty years old; they are of the Pinot Fin grape variety, an old strain of Pinot Noir that is increasingly rare in Burgundy.
Natural wine with no added sulfites.
