Vinification : The grapes, destemmed at harvest, macerated for twenty days before beginning their alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in vats. After careful aging, the wine was bottled in September 2018, then aged for four months in the bottle before being released. The vineyard is worked in a natural and artisanal way, with manual harvests in small 20 kg crates, with total respect for the environment and the rhythm of life.
