Vino Bianco Blanc 2017, Corvagialla
The white wine from Corvagialla is a grechetto from vines planted at an altitude of 450 meters on a plot of volcanic soils facing west. The harvest is destemmed and macerated for about three weeks, with daily pumping over or punching down as needed. The wine is aged for six months in chestnut barrels. The wine is kept in bottles for six months before being marketed.
Natural wine with no added sulfites.
