La Petite Robe Blanc 2018, Jean-Yves Péron
A 100% Jacquère from Jean-Yves Péron, who once again crafts this typically Savoyard white grape variety with the precision afforded by limestone soils. The harvest undergoes a week to fifteen days of carbonic maceration, and the wine is refined for a year in foudres, while a small portion is aged in barrels. Notes of spindle tree and white fruits. A wine for raw seafood, which it will highlight with its mineral straightforwardness.
Natural wine with no added sulfites.
