Paloma Rouge 2018, Jean Louis Pinto
A light, thirst-quenching red, claret, almost a rosé. The grapes all come from Adissan: Clairette, Colombard on basalt soils and Grenache on limestone. The harvest macerates for fifteen days in whole bunches. Half is aged in 500-liter barrels and the other half in resin vats. Notes of strawberry, lots of acidity and deliciousness.
Natural wine with no added sulfites.
