Made from young Grenache, Syrah and Carignan vines, this beautiful Languedoc red will go very well with Iberian ham, red or white meats, duck, and all grilled meats. Its freshness and density make it a thirst-quenching wine that also performs very well with food. It owes its fermentation in concrete vats and its aging in vats to a total absence of wood, which allows you to appreciate a very pure fruit. Very drinkable, straightforward and structured.
