A white blend: savagnin and chardonnay grown biodynamically on gray limestone marl. Beautiful aromatic palette with beautifully controlled oxidative touches. Full and deep, this wine goes with everything, but if you have an old comté in hand, enjoy it. It will also go well with fish and poultry in yellow wine.
