Available in limited quantities! A perfectly mastered blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Gris from the Loire. A magnificent color: gold, tending towards orange. It reveals floral notes, honey, and apricot. Rather original!
Sauvignon from direct pressing and Pinot Gris in maceration for almost a year. The wine is then aged in barrels for 1 year.
Natural wine with no added sulfites.
