If we combine fifty-year-old savagnin vines grown on a marl plot in Rotalier (Jura), direct pressing with fermentation in qvevri (Georgian-style terracotta jars) and ten months of aging in the same containers, we obtain an enhanced aromatic expression of this wonderful grape variety, with a slight bite, freshness, tension and lots of spice.
Natural wine without added sulfites.
